Always receive great service in the service department. Was very nice to receive a 2014 Buick Verano as a loaner car while my 2006 Saturn Ion was being worked on. I found the car I was looking for in this dealer's website inventory listing. When I called, I was fortunate enough to be put in contact with Mr. Jeff Ballou, their e-Business Manager. Mr. Ballou we website inventory listing. When I called, I was fortunate enough to be put in contact with Mr. Jeff Ballou, their e-Business Manager. Mr. Ballou went out of his way to be accomodating to my questions, concerns, and scheduling. He immediately established a trust relationship with me on the phone, and I made my decision to purchase the vehicle based completely on telephone and email exchanges with Mr. Ballou. When I finally met him in person, he proved to be the man of integrity and honesty that I had expected. He was very helpful, arranging transportation for me from Winston-Salem to Greensboro, showed me the car, let me drive it to be sure I wanted to go through with my committment to purchase it, and then was very helpful in the closing process. I believe Flow Motors is very fortunate to have someone of Mr. Ballou's calibre in touch with the public. I would recommend him, and Flow Automotive of Greensboro, without reservation. Went to this dealer for an issue with my lumbar support and engine running rough. Was never called on day brought in car about when it would be finished or what was wrong with it. Finally called at 5:30 (3 and engine running rough. Was never called on day brought in car about when it would be finished or what was wrong with it. Finally called at 5:30 (30 minutes before they closed) and they said the technician went home and that the parts were ordered. I had to TELL them that I needed to get my car that day. When I showed up the maintenence supervisor (the only honest person we spoke with) checked ou my car, gave us a loaner car, and we waited......and waited....and waited....until I finally called 5 days later to check on my car. They told me the parts has been ordered and they should be in by wednesday and my car would be stared then...so wednesday went by....no call. Thursday afternoon I called again (day 9) and they old me that the parts were in & "the technician is pulling your car in now & it should be completed early tomorrow). At 1:30 Today (friday day 10) still no call. I finally called & he technician was "out to lunch" and they would call me back in another 30 minutes with an update. It wasn't until I called corporate this afternoon that I actually got an update. Now....I am still waiting. 3:45 on the 10th day & the dealership closes in 2 hours....... More
