I liked the no-haggle pricing, especially because I thought they had the car priced very fairly and offered me a fair value for my trade as well. Once at the dealership, I was treated very courteously and professionally. The manager Todd stopped by to greet me and the financial services manager Robin was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. I bought a used car on the lower end of the price range of their vehicles and was still treated with as much respect as anyone else (which is not always the case). Todd and Andy both went out of their way to make sure I was very satisfied with my "new" car.
