I would strongly recommend anyone interested in a BMW to contact Denise and Flow regardless of where you are located. We first tried the BMW dealership in Greensboro, closer to home. The experience there met my prior expectations and resulted in us not purchasing a vehicle for a myriad of reasons. We then broadened our search and started with phone inquiries that Denise handled adeptly. She was had everything ready for me when I arrived to test drive different vehicles and answered all of my questions competently and candidly. She discussed the various options (ordering v. lot inventory) available to satisfy my desires. During the subsequent negotiations Denise was kind, courteous and reasonable. She even brought the vehicle to us and spent a good amount of time ensuring my wife knew how to use all the features. Most astonishing is that she is willing to do the same with me at a later date because I could not break free from work at the time of delivery. This is the type of service I could only hope to receive when purchasing this type of vehicle. More

We visited Flow BMW of Winston Salem March 29, 2012 to test drive a 6 series convertible and to have an inspection done. Kristen and Bob were fantastic to work with. We were immediately made to feel at home by being shown around dealership and being offered a beverage. Our test drive experience with Kristen could not have been better. She had an unbelievable knowledge of the car and all parts and functions, and made sure we had a test drive that allowed us to experience all aspects of the vehicle. We drove in regular mode and she had us experience sport mode on straight road and on curved road. Have never had a test drive experience to compare with this one. Our service experience was also 5 star. Kenny and Rick could not have treated us nicer or been any more efficient. Our vehicles were given the necessary attention in record time and everything was handled in a very friendly, courteous and professional manner. I have bought several (5) BMW's from Flow in the last couple of years and each time I deal with them the experience gets better! I'm a hard core BMW fan, drive them, ride them and race them and Flow doe couple of years and each time I deal with them the experience gets better! I'm a hard core BMW fan, drive them, ride them and race them and Flow does a excellent job of meeting my needs. The last 3 have been European Deliveries and it's neither easy nor does it make a lot of money for the dealership, but in each case they have provided great services. I highly reccomend Flow BMW! More
