I WAS TRICKED INTO A PAINT WARRANTY THAT I WAS TOLD WAS I am updating my previous review below because Jamie at Florida Fine Cars has helped me, he refunded the money and i'm content with that. I WAS TRICKED INTO A PAINT WARRANTY THAT I WAS TOLD WAS ALREADY ON THE VEHICLE, I HAD TO RESIGN THE CONTRACTS WHICH I READ THROUGH ALL READY AND WAS TOLD THE NEW DRAFT OF CONTRACTS WERE THE SAME EXCEPT THAT THE DOWN PAYMENT HAD TO BE CHANGED BECAUSE I HAD INCREASED MY DOWN PAYMENT, WHAT I DIDNT KNOW WAS THAT THE FINANCE GUY, JOHN CLARK, ADDED PAINT WARRANTY. HE NEVER DISCUSSED A PRICE WITH ME OR IF I WANTED TO PURCHASE IT, HE JUST ADDED IT. I DIDNT NOTICE BECAUSE IT WAS ADDED AFTER I HAD ALREADY WENT THROUGH THE PAPERWORK CAREFULLY AND ASKED QUESTIONS. I WAS BASICALLY TRICKED. WHEN I WENT BACK AND REQUESTED A REFUND, SUDDENLY NO ONE KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, I WAS TOLD HE WASNT AVAILABLE BUT HE WAS SITTING RIGHT IN HIS OFFICE LOOKING AT ME. I ASKED FOR HIS CARD AND WENT TO HIS OFFICE AND ASKED IF HE COULD GIVE ME A FEW MINUTES AND HE TOLD ME FLAT OUT NO, THAT HE HAD HIS CHILDREN WAITING FOR HIM AT HOME AND HE WAS GETTING READY TO GO HOME. I HAVE EMAILED HIM SEVERAL TIMES AND HE JUST DELAYS AND DELAYS. I HAVE GOTTEN NOWHERE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY MADE THEIR MONEY OFF OF ME. IT IS EMBARRASSING THAT I WAS SCAMMED BUT I WANT OTHERS TO KNOW SO THEY DONT GET BLIND SIGHTED, WITH ALL THE PAPERWORK IT CAN BE DONE. DO NOT GO TO FLORIDA FINE CARS! More
i just bought a 2011 mercedes benz gl450 from them ,only after 2 weeks , one tire need change ,the window ,the interior light of car all had problem ,and the sales guy promised replace a tire in cost when i after 2 weeks , one tire need change ,the window ,the interior light of car all had problem ,and the sales guy promised replace a tire in cost when i bought car ,but after i went back ,they charge me more than tire kingdom .and after 3 weeks ,the ABS and ESP all had problem Their car really cheap but not worth after you paid more fix it More
Trying to buy a car isn`t as easy as it looks, however I do have to say my experience working with Jonathan Ospina at Floridas Fine Cars made my purchase a whole lot smoother. After looking on line forma few vehicles I came across FLC..I applied and a few days later received a text asking me form some more info...after that was sent, I didn't hear from them for 3 days. So I sent a message, and got a reply from someone else. So I gave him some info, and later to find out he ran my credit again. So I contacted him, with no response. So i decided to text the first person I was dealing with, and come to find out he quit. Terrible dealership. Will never recommend them to anyone. Stay away More

This was without a doubt the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Through autotrader I found the vehicle I wanted at this dealership and received a trade in offer guarantee. I then ever had purchasing a vehicle. Through autotrader I found the vehicle I wanted at this dealership and received a trade in offer guarantee. I then sent the info to Florida fine cars and made an appointment. Once I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted by my salesman Jerry who was genuine, professional and courteous. He was informative and inquisitive without being pushy or overly aggressive,like most all of the other dealerships sales people. While we were waiting for our financing and trade in appraisal to be completed, Jerry made sure my family was comfortable and constantly asked if there was anything we needed. As a man who's worked at a 5 star hotel for over a decade I was blown away by this level of service at a car dealership. Team inspected my trade and honored the autotrader appraisal and gave me a great deal on an Infiniti g37 that I'm still can't believe is now mine! Hats off to Jerry who was SUPERB! Also great job to upper management for creating a friendly and fun car buying Atmosphere! Thank You! from the McCann Family! More

WARNING! These people are the lowest form of car sales lot I have ever encountered. The SALESMAN AND THE SALES MANAGER ruined our son's first car buying experience of his life. Made an appt. 5 days i lot I have ever encountered. The SALESMAN AND THE SALES MANAGER ruined our son's first car buying experience of his life. Made an appt. 5 days in advance to see a used vehicle. When I arrived, it was not washed, dirty oil, 3 bald tires, flopping wipers, missing brake light and missing headlight! Sales Mgr runs out to me and says the car was "just traded" and they did not get to check it over yet. Bull____, the car was listed on their inventory site two weeks before I arrived. Nevertheless, it was in ok condition, drove well and I stated these items had to be repaired. 5 days before arriving we were told by our salesmen we were "approved" for a loan. When we arrived, they said "we don't know anything about this". Our salesmen lied to the General Manager. In meeting with the Finance manager they starting running over the numbers which included their $900, yes $900 "dealer pre fee". Bull____, I said let's negotiate to $500 and they refused. It's printed on all of the contracts "we can't take that off". They had two days to make the repairs. When we returned, the front light was still out, and they actually made US drive to another dealership to have it repaired! We just wanted to get the xxxx out of there. All of these idiots are running around like bees and making stupid comments like "oh, that's a great buy you just selected". They are like bulls in a china shop with no understanding of customer service whatsoever and sitting around in the customer waiting area waiting for the next victim to arrive. The first question to my salesmen was, what type of inspection does your dealership conduct with its cars. "Oh, a 26 point inspection!", he said. So I opened the hood to find packed leaves in the hinges, no extra fluid in the radiator over-flow and then we moved on to the dirty oil. I just looked at him and he shrugged his shoulders. THE USED LUX CARS LOOK GREAT OUTSIDE however they appear to just buy them as trades or at the auction and not service them at all. At least this was my personal experience. They don't care if you return or not. THIS REVIEW HAS TO DO WITH THE FLORIDA FINE CARS LOCATION IN FLORIDA. UPDATE: We paid for 3 new tires. After getting home we realize 1 is a different brand and size. Thomas told us 4 new tires were put on. They were so lazy they did not even screw the caps back on! They are all missing! More
I am a foreigner, only 2 months old in the united states. i purchased a used car from this dealership and the customer care was great and all. But now everything is falling into place. All they cared about was my money, not the goodwill or intergrity of their business. Botttom line , i was sold a car that is beyond repairs. I never got to drive the car. The one time i drove it, it refused to start and thats my situation now. I am very disappointed because this is my first car purchase in this country and its unfortunate that i ever set foot in FLORIDA FINE CARS because their business is not honest. My advise: dont waste your money in this dealership... go somewhere else. Because you will defineitely get burnt and left looking confused. More
