This is the best dealer ship EVER! Me and 6 of my friends bought 8 cars for past 9 month (sense I found them)) All cars like new condition, service is the best!!! He used to work there for 7 years-he knows what to do (my suggestion ask for him) They have own service center, membership cards (repair for super chip, like oil change 35 bucks-nothing for fully synthetic) It was my second BMW for this year, cars never gave me issues + if so, they were fixing everythinf for FREE! He is courteous and unlike most sales representative in the automotive industry, he treats each customer equally and not according to your credit score. I was hesitant to try Florida Fine Cars after being rejected by other dealerships for not having a large down payment but after sitting with Mark Feldman, he walked me through the finance process and eventually got me approved. He was not pushy, unlike other sales reps, he took the time to find a car I liked and not just try to get me into any just to make a sale. I left with my new 2010 Honda Accord with very low miles and with a smile on my face. Thanks to Mark, FFC is now my #1 dealership with the best car buying experience. I started my day planning on looking at a few cars, maybe making a decision in the next week or so. I had no luck at the first few dealerships and decided to try Florida Fine Cars, Miami Gardens location (I making a decision in the next week or so. I had no luck at the first few dealerships and decided to try Florida Fine Cars, Miami Gardens location (I had seen a few of the cars they had online). Upon pulling into FFC I saw that I had plenty of options and was immediately greeted by Disney. He took me right into his office to check if a few of the cars I had been interested in were still there. A couple were already sold, but a few were still on the lot. We headed out to look at a 2007 Mercedes-Benz SLK280. It was love at first sight. And then the second I test drove it, I knew I didn't want to leave without it. From the beginning, Disney was very honest and asked me what my magic number monthly was. I told him I would love it if I could be somewhere around $300. He told me as a first time buyer and especially the car I was looking at, he didn't know if that was possible but we could go look at numbers. Disney then introduced me to Kiko and he told me he would aim for my goal number but thought it would be considerably higher (as I was a first time buyer purchasing a used car) so I should consider my goal price much higher. I thought to myself, this is it, I have to reconsider another car. After waiting to hear what I was looking at monthly, Kiko finally comes over. The monthly payment he was able to work out for me exceeded all my expectations and I knew right then, that I wasn't going home without that car! I worked with Marco in finance to get the deal done quickly, with Kiko and Disney at his side making sure everything was going smoothly. By the time my deal was set, my car was waiting out front for me to drive home. As I was getting ready to leave, I was congratulated by every other salesman that was there. What a great team they have there! I could not be happier with my new car, I will always do business with FFC and recommend anyone else to look for a car there! I haven't stopped smiling since I left there. THANK YOU GUYS, you are all amazing! More
Customer service seems to be one of those things that everybody complains about, even more so when shopping for a car and it’s also something that rarely seems to ever get better. . . Yet rather than give up hope that things will ever improve, there is something that can be done, Florida Fine Cars employees such as Peter Rangel has been amazing!!! I particularly liked the many fine EXEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE perks received should need service and oil change with VIP membership… Peter and all the staff at Florida Fine Cars have been by far the BEST; they are all professional in all manners from face-to-face interactions, as well as the online communications via e-mail and phone and even follow up today to ensure everything is working perfectly. Peter was pro-actively working to exceed my customer expectations by providing great service and innovative solutions for issues that arose from past credit issues and even a fair trade for my old car… I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car from Florida Fine Cars, as I am completely happy with my Jaguar XK convertible… More
I was very surprised how friendly the sales.person was.(marciel). I have gone to other dealerships before,& it always seemed like they just wanted to just sell me the car, & to get me out of their ha was.(marciel). Anyway long story short, the employees I dealt with at ffc were not this way. They cared so much, that they went above & beyond to get me a great finance deal, because they knew I really wanted the car I picked. I would highly recommend first time buyers, & anyone who wants their dream car at AN AFFORDABLE Price. I CAN only vouch for two people, Ralphael(Manager), & marciel(sales). Because they were the only ones who truly cared, & helped me get my amazing car. Thx 100000 times!! More
Here is an update to my experience below. Everyone worked together to turn things around. I want to thank Chris in finance who worked extremely hard to make things right, Bob of course for his excellency in being supportive and the managers who assisted me. Javier gave me his information and told me if I needed anything to give him a call. The GM, Chase was very helpful by acknowledging my review and making sure I was attended to and treated properly to make things right. Thanks guys I give you my thumbs up!!! ********************************************************** At first I was very pleased with my experience last Saturday. I got there late and the salesman was very nice to show me two cars I had an interest in. The first car I looked at, a G35 was nice but I didn't like how the gears shifted and decided to ask to look at the Lexus IS250, my dream car which was a few hundred dollars more. I explained to them my credit was on the bad side and what I had to put down as a down payment. They assured me that they would work it out. I showed my proof of income and was told I was pretty much approved by the finance department, Chris. I verified with him before signing the paperwork and they told me the car was mine. The next day I brought my money to put down and drove the car home. Not that Monday, but a week later which is today, the finance guy, Chris calls me back and tells me I will have to bring the car back and that he couldn't get me approved. What a way to crush someone's heart. I was so happy and pleased with Bob the salesman who was very kind. When I picked up the car it wasn't detailed properly and they offered to have me bring it back in tomorrow, Saturday. I've always bought my cars cash never went to a dealer and it's sad to say that my first time I have to have this terrible experience. I've never heard anyone allowing you to insure a car and walk away with it before being approved. I have already invested money in a higher insurance premium and tints on the car and now I have to bring it back, my dream car at that. I explained to the finance guy that I only wanted a lexus and if I could not have this car then we could cancel the deal because I was misinformed. He lashed back at me and said I am threatening him and he explained everything to me clearly. Nothing in my paperwork said I was not yet approved and if that was stated I would not have went on with the deal. After rudely calming me down he said they wouldn't finance the car because of the high mileage and he is still trying to work on getting me a deal for a newer lexus. I just hope that we can work something out so that I can give this company a good review in the end but so far I am crushed. I have been in customer service for almost ten years and I would never do business like that. I hope I can keep the Lexus I drove away with or if they can work something out but if not, I am sorry I had to waste my time and money on this place. More
I had a fairly decent experience at FFC on US 441 close to the Dade County Line.. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes E350 from FFC on September 30th 2012.. The car runs well, however there were a few minor proble to the Dade County Line.. I purchased a 2008 Mercedes E350 from FFC on September 30th 2012.. The car runs well, however there were a few minor problems such as the sun roof did not work properly, i have not received an owners manual for the vehicle, i only received one key for the car, the driver's side sun visor lipstick mirror is broken and a little chrome grill for the driver's side frog lamp is missing. Peter came to Mercy Hospital where i worked to pick up my car to get the sun roof fixed, which he did and he drove the car to my house that night. My husband took the car to the dealer last Saturday and Peter ordered the little chrome grill to be replaced , i am not sure when the mirror will get fixed.. I am not pleased that Peter does not answer his cell phone whenever i call him, and he does not like to return customers calls.. A good sign of customer service is to answer the telephone promptly and effeciently.I hope i will not regret this purchase from FFC especially since i have read quite a bit of negative feedback from previous customers on the internet...I think the lack of experience in dealing with savy Customers is very apparent when dealing with a salesman who is just 20 years old...I Don't know yet how likely i am to recommend anyone to come to this dealership , only time will tell.Thanks for your time.
