Buying a car at Carson Toyota was the best auto-buying experience I have had. The salespeople were courteous and thoughtful. I did not feel pressure to agree to a contract. They explained everything to me plainly and in a non-aggressive manner. I walked away with an excellent deal, having bought a Prius C. The salesman, Chilly, and the others--Rosie, Alfred and the man from financing--all made me feel welcome. This experience was a marked contrast from the dealership where I bought my previous car whose staff preyed on potential buyers like sharks. Instead, the staff respected my decisions and in the end, we were all pleased. I would definitely recommend Carson Toyota for first-time buyers and experienced car owners. Hassle-free and efficient! I was out of there with my new car in less than 2.75 hours. By the way, the Prius C is one nice ride. More
My Parts are for a 5/93 Toyoya Supra JZA80 and being JDM, I found Carson Toyota the only Dealership that can source and deliver all my parts directly from Japan. The Staff at the Retail Parts Dept are alway I found Carson Toyota the only Dealership that can source and deliver all my parts directly from Japan. The Staff at the Retail Parts Dept are always corteous and replied to phone-calls and emails promptly. Also, providing written quotations. The prices are below that of other JDM sources in Australia and UK. Air transport from Japan can be costly, so plan ahead and use the sea option for large orders. Thanks. More

We are writing to express our appreciation of our service rep., Roger Omine and our experience. Our entire experience was great but he is someone who is very special. It was as though he laid out the "red rep., Roger Omine and our experience. Our entire experience was great but he is someone who is very special. It was as though he laid out the "red carpet" for us. Our intention was to buy a part there and have a repair shop put it on. When we met Roger, it was over. It was a small job but he made us feel very important to him and to the dealership. You can't buy that feeling with money. It is quality of character, and he definitely has it. We asked Roger where we could grab some lunch while we waited. He suggested a place down the street a little way. On our way back to the dealership, a really nice employee in the Toyota Van pulled over to ask us if we wanted a ride back to the dealership. Yes, I wanted a ride....but I needed the exercise. Apparently, he recognized us from being in the dealership. Bottom line, our experience was like a dream that you don't want to wake up from. Though it is not as convenient as our current dealership, we are new loyal customers of Roger's and Carson Toyota. Thank you for providing a much needed but very rare experience. More

I decided to get a Toyota, I always knew that Toyota was a good car but i was hard headed and did not listen to people who told me to get a Toyota. I decided to buy a Toyota Camery and quickly realized that i was cheating myself by buying Nissan. Shortly after buying my Toyota, i had to take it back to Carson toyota to have the rear passenger door lock fixed. After meeting the sales adviser Roger Omine i quickly understood why Toyota is number one. This guy was very nice and understands how to make consumers comfortable about owning a Toyota car. My Camry is only 2 years old. The air conditioner had a moldy/mildew smell when you turn it on. I replaced the cabin filter 3 times already and they would come out black full of mildew. It has gotten worse to the point where my wife was getting lung infections 6 times since we had the car, and it all pointed to this issue. Been taking it to Manhattan Beach Toyota few times to complain. THey were going to charge me $500 to take apart dash to see what is wrong and no guarantee of fixing it. Finally took it to Carson Toyota and met Dan Lawson. Told him about the issue and he went to work. He had found a bulletin on my particular Camry Year where the Condensor is defective and cannot drain the water left in it.. WHAT? Dan was so professional and said, they will take care of it. Ordered the part, made me an appointment and in a few days when the condensor came in, the car was 100% repaired. Guess what? Manhattan Beach Toyota is less than 2 miles from me, they lost a customer for life. I am going to see Dan in Carson, which is about 11 miles from me. THey now gained a new customer and i will spread the word. My whole family have Toyotas and I myself also have a Scion. thank you Dan!!! More

Oscar treated me like family, I went in not knowing which car to buy and he was so detailed showing me many diff cars. I ended up buying a brand new Nissan Rogue and I love it!
