I spent nine months chasing her and it got me absolutely nowhere. I finally resorted to contacting the General Manager, Dia, who basically told me to get lost. Then it dawned on me that this poor attitude and lack of follow through and integrity comes from the top and has bled all the way down the line. There are far better dealerships out there that give killer deals like Longo, and even Santa Monica. Carson does not deserve your business. More
