Long story short. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle Corolla with 35,000 miles. Within days I started having problems with the vehicle it would vibrate so much it would feel is about to shut down. Took it back several times and they would tell me is one thing then another and so on. At the end they ended up telling me the vibration is normal on corolla's. Now my family only buys toyotas. we have purchased Corolla's, Camry, Tacoma from few different Dealers and this is the first time I feel a vehicle vibrate like this and whats worst they tell me this after 5 months of bringing the vehicle back to the dealer i took it back atleast 5 times and paid for service. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THE SALESMAN, MANAGER, THE SUPERVISOR TOLD ME I NEVER MENTIONED VIBRATION WITHIN THE 30 DAYS OF PURCHASED WHICH I DID BUT THE COMPUTER NOTES DID NOT HAVE ANY RECORDS OF IT. I SUGGEST YOU TRY TORRANCE TOYOTA INSTEAD MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER CARS. More

The salesman told me ... This mgr been here for a long time and he has 4 or 5 brothers work here, and the general mgr Martin is good friends of him and he can do whatever he wish!! Based on what we had found here in the San Diego area, her deals seemed too good to be true, so we called her on Sunday morning - and were driving home from Carson Toyota in our new Prius Sunday night. Everything she had posted was 100% accurate, no hidden fees, no attempts to upsell us when we arrived at the dealership (in fact, she gave us a few extra little bonuses on the car!) and she had the car ready to go for us when we walked in the door. Not only is Dianne honest, she's an extremely kind and knowledgeable person who is more than happy to answer any questions/concerns you have. Tony in finance is also great! Instead of trying to upsell us on a bunch of options packages/add-ons, he was very straight forward, giving his recommendations, without pushing. His sense of humor definitely helped to break up the monotony of reviewing legal documents and signing various documents! We were all impressed with the service that Chilly gave us that we ended up buying three new Toyota Camr sisters who were planning to buy a new car. Chilly helped us get a new 2011 Toyota Sequoia and we cannot thank him enough for his excellent service. I made an appointment online to get my Prius' recalled water pump replaced. All were very friendly and helpful from the service advisor, his assistant, cashier, and the 2 shuttle drivers. Recently I went to this dealership two times to buy a used car. First I met a sales person (Chuma) he gave me nice offers. He told me shop around and come back he will give best prices for me. The guy name Chilly came to help me. He is the worst salesman I ever seen. He does not know how to talk to the people. He even hate to his own sales people (Chuma)I went a test drive with him and I told the price Chuma offered to me. He refused that price and introduces him as Chumas supervisor. He tries to teach me about blue book values and tax information. I never see such idiot. He doesn’t give people to chance to think. I offer the price for car, then he went to his sales manager and get his approval and came back. I told him give me some time to talk with my wife. He said he has a anther customer and he cannot sell that car for agreed price.. It was really wired..I went back and bought a car from Toyota Marina Del Ray. More
