I started my research and it narrowed down to the best selling Car of Toyota - 2011 Corolla LE. I did my home work on the invoice price/MSRP price, reviews on Edmund, KBB and many other sites and I started selling email through internet to Toyota dealership around the valley. I send a email to Carson Toyota - Dianne Whitmire and she send me back another email with a OTD price which beats everyone. I reply to confirm and that is it. I made appointment today and I am in and the dealership within 1.5 hours. Carson Toyota is a big clean place with so many friendly staff you would not believed. During all these time, Carson Toyota treat me like a king. I will not buy another Toyota before checking with Carson Toyota - Dianne Whitmire, one quote for 2011 Corolla LE and one email back with the number and I am done - No sales tricks, no sales on options, no final rise cost on the documents, the number she quoted me is the number on my check. I love this place and I am going to tell everyone at work Monday and I tell you Carson Toyota is a hidden gem in the southland. If I were you, I will give Dianne a call first before going anywhere, trust me, one email is all you need and no regret because why paid more for the same car. Thanks. Hello again Mike, I want too take the time again to commend Pete Thomas and Tracy Pollard they always go above and beyond in assisting Toyota customers! once again I needed assistance, my Camary XLE was having trouble starting so Pete helped me trouble shoot the problem as it turned out it was the battery! thanks to Petes experience it saved me time in not having to bring the car in to have it looked at. This is not the first time he has helped me like this over the years. Toyota is lucky to have a great employee like him, next the battery in the key was going out so I called Toyota, however Pete was busy! the next thing I know my phone rings and it is Tracy, wow. Tracy gave me the information about the key and the batteries, so I brought the car in and she assisted me in having them replaced it only took 10mins!. I still have faith in the Toyota product as I mentioned before this is our thrid Toyota, however I do miss our Highlander's haha. Mike's professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the car buying experience quick, painless and enjoyable. He thoroughly explained all the options that were available to me as well as answered all of my questions regarding the contract and features of the vehicle. These responsibilities are his job but I felt he went above and beyond his normal duties to make sure I chose the best option. Bad, dishonest experience! I was ready to purchase a new Prius and wanted to get some numbers prior to going down to the dealership. I worked all of the numbers over the phone with the Internet Manager. W Prius and wanted to get some numbers prior to going down to the dealership. I worked all of the numbers over the phone with the Internet Manager. When I arrived at the dealership I reconfirmed that the numbers were still accurate and would be honored. I was told that they would be, and that I needed to test-drive the vehicle. After I got back from the drive, they took all of my information then told me that my payments would be a little higher because they forgot to include destination charges. I was very disappointed and had already spent over two and a half hours so agreed to pay the extra $380. Ten minutes later, my salesperson came in and said the Manager was angry and that they could not sell me the car unless I added at least $1500 worth of extra equipment. I walked out and would never step foot into this store again. More
