I like to think I have a pretty laid-back approach to life so Michael certainly had to encompass a chunk of my sometimes wacky sense of humor when dealing with me (and particularly my dodgy eyesight without my reading glasses). He walked me through the paperwork excellently so there were no surprises or guess work needed from start to finish. A good amount of patience too particularly with my bank when it became apparent that there was a transaction limit I wasn't aware of that was lower than the deposit I wanted to put down. Bottom line is don't hesitate in visiting this dealership if you're after a new car. More

Insurance requirement was not mention before/on scheduled pick up date, even after obtaining a full cover written policy with insurance agent while working with the Sales Rep finalize the sale contract durin pick up date, even after obtaining a full cover written policy with insurance agent while working with the Sales Rep finalize the sale contract during the pick up night, still was not willing release the vehicle, which caused extra day of delay. The Sale Manger, Tamer Ahmed, was not willing to work with customer after the contract was signed (trapped!) Was particularly inquired the vehicle would comes with 2 keys on delivery, however, only received one, missing one FOB. No ETA when will deliver. I felt everyone was super friendly and helpful until after I signed the contact, I was very disappointed and definitely will not come back again. More

Several other dealships wanted to add additional upgrades in order to sell me a car, and increase their profits over my needs. I was so frustrated and ready to give up on my search. When I met Juan Cabrera I so surprised, he was a man of his word. My car was in the date he told me it would arrive and at the price I had asked. This dealership and Juan made this the easiest transaction I could hope for. I would HIGHLY recommend the dealership and Juan. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience.
