This is my 6th BMW and the 4th that I have leased with Agata. There is no question that Agata provides stellar customer service, and each time I lease a car, I walk out feeling like this was the best luxu Agata. There is no question that Agata provides stellar customer service, and each time I lease a car, I walk out feeling like this was the best luxury service I have ever received. However, each time I have leased a new car with her, she exceeds my expectations. I live in Westchester County, NY, and drive down to Flemington, NJ, to lease my vehicle with Agata. Free carwashes were part of my purchase agreement. Yet, a few days ago, the person who operates the wash told me I could not bring my car through due to after-market roof racks I placed 3 years ago. I told h few days ago, the person who operates the wash told me I could not bring my car through due to after-market roof racks I placed 3 years ago. I told him I had washed the car at Flemington many times without incident but he stated his "manager" said my car could no longer go through. I phoned the dealership to see if this were in fact true. A sales manager, I believe named Vince, took my call & promised to look into it & phone me back but he never did. The car wash employee was also extremely unpleasant. Other times I have interacted with him , he has also been unfriendly to the point that I wonder if it is because he is racist. It was enough of a negative experience that I will look elsewhere for my next car & for my relatives & colleagues. Dana Claxton, who oversaw the service on. my car when the brake rotors needed replacing, was excellent. I cannot fault her for any of the above. More
