I brought my 328xi in for service last week for standard maintenance. Jim Hierl provided a NEW loaner car and contacted me 2 days later when the work was complete. Maintenance work was performed and to my maintenance. Jim Hierl provided a NEW loaner car and contacted me 2 days later when the work was complete. Maintenance work was performed and to my surprise he also had a broken console latch repaired, which now keeps my center console cover closed! ALL FREE of CHARGE!!!! He had a dealership worker deliver my car to my home and take back the loaner car. Door-to-Door service! I can not thank Jim and the team at Flemington, NJ BMW enough for impeccable and exemplary customer service. I would never consider visiting any other BMW dealership! Thanks Jim!!!! Dave More
