It was a pleasure working with Flemington BMW. We were greeted warmly upon entering the showroom. Our salesperson, Scott, was pleasant and patient as he answered our many questions. My experience with Flemington BMW was extraordinary. By far the most pleasant and smoothest experience leasing a new car. Both Matt and Byron were knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. They made the transition from my previous BMW into a new one, hassle free. Worked with Rick Buscavage on a 2011 335xi coupe lease deal. Everything was going great until we started negogiating, he assumed I was an uneducated customer and my visit ended when he accused me of playi deal. Everything was going great until we started negogiating, he assumed I was an uneducated customer and my visit ended when he accused me of playing games when he misunderstood what I said, took the lease papers i was looking at away from me and said "I'm done". I thanked him for his help and left. Pricing was actually decent, too bad Flemington lost a potential customer with his antics. YMMV with Rick, but my experience was negative and he was very unprofessional to say the least. UPDATE: Byron Brisby Jr heard about what happened and went out of his way to try to remedy the situation by contacting me. Though we didnt get a deal done, he was easy to work with and seemed sincere in trying to do right by me. More
