I came to Flemington after having a very bad pre buying experience at a Princeton BMW dealership. When I contacted Scott Smith and I told him about my experience, he was more concerned with me not making experience at a Princeton BMW dealership. When I contacted Scott Smith and I told him about my experience, he was more concerned with me not making a bad decision then if I bought a car with him. Scott was very professional and patient. He took the time to explain the whole buying process and made sure I was happy. On delivery day Scott would not let me leave until he was confident I understood all the features of the car. Byron and Howard also went out of there way to make me feel comfortable and explain the process. They say the BMW gives you the ultimate driving experience. Well Flemington BMW gave me the ultimate customer service experience!! More

Gerry provided unbelievable service before, during, and after the sale. He was extremely thorough and followed up even on the most minute details to be sure that we were happy with the car and understood after the sale. Very good service. The seller (Victor) did listen to what I want and didn't try to sell me something else which is a plus. Even after I ordered one, the seller called me for a test drive in a similar unit th I want and didn't try to sell me something else which is a plus. I contacted multiple BMW dealers regarding the 2011 328xi lease special, and Flemington, and in particular Scott Smith, was the only response that I received that provided all of the information that I reque lease special, and Flemington, and in particular Scott Smith, was the only response that I received that provided all of the information that I requested in order to make my decision. Scott provided pricing information in detail, outlined every fee, and when I arrived at the dealership to sign, all of the fees outlined were as communicated earlier in email. There were no hidden charges, and no game playing - and that was much appreciated. Scott was always transparent and responsive, by email or phone. He is a friendly, upfront person, and helped to make the buying experience pleasurable and low-stress. He also spent a good deal of time explaining the various functions of the car in detail. Definite two thumbs up for Scott Smith and Flemington BMW. I'll certainly be returning to work with Scott when my lease on the 328 is up, hopefully that time it will be an M3!! More

This rating is long overdue. I have been doing business with Flemington BMW since 2002 and have purchased or lease three X5’s and one X3 that my daughter had purchased. The sales team lead by Ed Kiley, St with Flemington BMW since 2002 and have purchased or lease three X5’s and one X3 that my daughter had purchased. The sales team lead by Ed Kiley, Steve D’Argenio, Scott Smith, Tom Terrill and Howard Fromm are great. Flemington BMW has a family oriented atmosphere with very friendly helpful and genuinely nice people. I have dealt with Tom Terrill who is the quintessential sales person that spent the time to go over every detail when we pick up our new X5’s and worked closely with Steve D’Argenio and Ed Kiley to get me the best deals on all my X5’s. When my daughter was looking for a CPO X3, Scott Smith actually took the X3 home for the weekend so my daughter who works on Saturday could test drive the car on Sunday. Scott Smith took care of my daughter’s first buying experience as if she was his daughter. From one Dad to another thank you Scott! However after the sale, I deal with probably the best Service Advisor who is Bill Wiedmuller. Bill always makes it easy to get my X5 in for maintenance and will even pick up my X5, drop off a loaner and then drop off my X5 after the maintenance is complete perfectly as usual. My BMW always come back to me spotless. Bill Wiedmuller sets the bar for high quality customer service! I just bought my second BMW from this dealership. I've visited four BMW dealerships and this one is best bar none. The facility is clean, well maintained, neat and tidy. It reflects the quality of the product they're selling. Their staff is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. I generally don't like sales people, but these guys seemed more like advisors. There was no heavy push. As far as service goes, the dealership is top of the line. They're prompt in contacting you with diagnostic reports, they're clean, they deliver the vehicles back on time. There's no bait and switch once they start working on your vehicle. I value that level of trust. Sometimes I can be grouchy and not very pleasant to deal with when faced with car troubles and the guys there let it roll right off of them, remain pleasant and cheerful regardless. They're a great team, they're proud of their product and the enthusiasm is reassuring. I have and will continue to recommend them. And I'm very hard to please. More
