Having previously leased from Flemington Volkswagen/Audi, buying and leasing many vehicles over time, I am on a first name basis with the sales and service personnel. When I entered the BMW Showroom I was introduced to Mat Henderson who was to assist me by answering any questions I may have. I found Matt to very knowledgeable and professional, and by his offering his advice and personal opinion whenever queried I was able to find the right car at the right price. His knowledge of the product offerings was impressive and his patience was equally so, as I was interrupted by multiple phone calls during our meeting. I price compared against three other BMW dealerships in the NJ / PA area and no one was comparable. If you are in the market for a BMW you owe it to yourself to visit Flemington BMW. Jeff was very, very patient and helped me make a decision about the right type of BMW for me. Flemington BMW was able to give me a very reasonable offer for an X5 and the deal they gave me could not be matched by other dealers. Let me provide an example of how Flemington went above and beyond. I came to pick up my X5 on saturday and was flying in from out of town. My flight got delayed and by the time I got to the dealership, it was close to their closing time (6pm). Even though it was closing time, they stayed an hour late to accomodate me. They certainly do go above and beyond for their customers and it is for this reason that I will come back in the future. In fact two of my other co-workers came to Flemington and had nothing but great things to say about the dealership as well as Jeff. More
