This experience was my first ever BMW purchase. I had done quite a bit of research online and came to Jan-Michael already knowing exactly what I wanted and what I expected to pay for it. When the car was in, he picked me up at work to make it easier for me. At delivery, he patiently went over all of the features with me, even coming back to my office one day to fix a problem with the key fob that turned out to be my mistake! I must give extreme accolades to Byron, who bent over backwards to assure that my needs were met and that I was treated more than fairly. What he did was to assure that I will remain loyal to this dealership. As long as my situation is such that I can afford the luxury of driving a BMW, I will come to Flemington BMW.
