The another most important thing was the whole buying experience . Even after I bought the car, sales rep Gerry use to email or call to figure out whether everything is going fine or not with the car. This really shows how important is customer service for them . I had been looking for several months for a small vehicle to purchase since my children are in college and on their own -- very tired of driving an eight passenger truck! After test-driving several models, I loved the BMW Z4, and with great reviews, found a used Z4 was exactly in my price range. (My husband was reluctant.) I researched several vehicles via the internet, and was disappointed to find advertisements for vehicles which had been sold much earlier in the month. Fortunately, when I found a 2005 Z4 at Flemington, Cindy in internet sales e-mailed me at 6:00 a.m.! I called as soon as the dealership opened and secured an immediate appointment which was important because I was traveling over 60 miles to see the car. That afternoon I test drove the Z4, but was unable to commit since my husband had not seen it. It sold during Vince's next appointment! Needless to say, I was disappointed, but both Cindy and Vince promised to contact me if the deal cancelled. The next day, I had a call from Flemington that the vehicle was still available. Vince was great to deal with and made me feel confident in the purchase. I liked the car so much that I bought it w/out my husband and picked it up with my 19 year old son...he loved it and was rewarded with the spare keys! My Z4 is beautiful, clean as a whistle inside and out, and everything is as promised. In fact, my husband asked if he could drive it the very next morning--imagine that! I can't drive down the street w/out smiling...thanks to Vince, Cindy, and Flemington. Great experience, and when the kids are out of college, I'll be back for the new model! More

I had a great experience with Tom Terrill and Flemington BMW, and it is one of my two best experiences visiting a dealership overall in my life. I found online a 1-year old used BMW at Flemington BMW that BMW, and it is one of my two best experiences visiting a dealership overall in my life. I found online a 1-year old used BMW at Flemington BMW that I liked and went to take a look at it. The car looked great, drove great, and had a very good price/mileage. I came back a few days later and decided to buy it. Tom Terrill was the representative who helped me through the process. Tom is very knowledgeable about BMWs and gave good detailed answers to all my questions about the car, including about an issue listed in the Carfax, before I decided to get it. Compared to many other dealer visits, there was no pressure AT ALL(!) to buy this or any other car. After completing the purchase Tom took his time for 1 hour after the dealership was already closed to describe the car features to me. It was extremely helpful to me to get started. This made my experience truly remarkable! I have driven the car for 2 weeks and so far everything is great. I definitely strongly recommend Tom and Flemington BMW to get a car from. More

I went back to Flemington to purchase another Porsche Cayenne but wait was too long and the price too high. I stopped into BMW to test drive the X5 and was very impressed with the vehicle.
