We had previously purchased a 2008 CPO in 2009 and Tom Terrill was our sales associate. He did a great job then and exceeded that experience this time around. We purchased the new X5 while we were in Florida for the winter. Tom was great in going over the X5 and the trade in via phone and email. We were able to have a friend take our trade to Flemington to have it appraised. Tom arranged for a convenient time for this to happen. The new X5 arrived a week after our return from Florida and we picked it up on May 16th. The process was smooth and we thank Tom and the dealership for that.
