I had contacted Flemington BMW after I had viewed a car on the internet that I was interested in. I sent in a request for more information and Jamie Bassett called me back shortly thereafter. I scheduled a time to come in and was introduced to Gerry Vaughan my CA. After looking at the car I had viewed on the internet, I decided that specific car was not right for me. Gerry asked me a few questions and showed me some cars that might meet my needs better. After some looking around I found one that fit perfectly. Gerry was extremely helpful in explaining all of the available features, and the differences between the cars we had seen. At no time did Gerry try to pressure me into more car than I needed, nor did he point me in the wrong direction. During the purchase he explained everything that was presented to me in a clear and concise manner, and answered any questions that I had. I put a deposit down that evening and met with Rebecca Kosar so she could explain the various finance options and warranties available for the car. Again there was absolutely no pressure, the options were explained thoroughly and Rebecca sent me home with "homework" to evaluate the options and make my decisions. During the closing of the sale the following day, Rebecca listened to my choices and at no time tried to upsell me on more than I had decided on. The process was painless. After the paperwork was completed ( in short order) Gerry took us outside to show us our new car, and spent a great deal of time explaining all of the options, the tech packages and the features in the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew everything we needed before we drove off the lot. Gerry even called me a few hours after we had left to ask if we had any questions or concerns with our new car. We couldn't be happier with our decision to buy a BMW, nor with Flemington BMW as the dealership. I've already recommended Gerry a friend who went for a ride with me and fell in love with our 528ix just as I had. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Flemington BMW and must say that it was the least stressful and smoothest car purchase transaction I've ever experienced. I had a specific car in mind (2013 135is) and contacted several dealerships because I knew that many did not have it in stock. Jamie Bassett had contacted me by phone within minutes of my inquiry asking for my option / color preferences. She then contacted me again a short time later the same day with a car she located in Germany. This is extraordinary because none of the other dealers were able to locate a car so quickly and some never responded to my initial inquiry. I then visited Flemington BMW and met Eric Christensen, who was very knowledgeable about the brand and arranged for a test drive of some comparable vehicles. He then explained the specifics of the car that had been located, negotiated a price, and explained when it would be available. This all occurred under a totally stress-free environment. Eric was extremely patient and accommodating. After the car had been delivered, I met again with Jamie and Eric who were again extremely friendly. I also conducted the financing portion of the purchase with Howard Fromm, who like Eric, was knowledgeable and patient. He presented options to me in a stress-free manner. I believe this approach is a common theme within the dealership and is quite refreshing. I highly recommend any potential buyers to pay a visit to this dealership. There are many BMW dealers out there, especially in NJ, but few are as stess-free as Flemington. Thanks again to Jamie, Eric, and Howard. More

I recently leased a BMW X1 (traveling from the distant land of Pennsylvania to do so) and the experience was probably the best I've had at a dealership. Not to be overly dramatic, but I usually approach car dealerships the way I approach the dentist - as a necessary evil. I was so happy not to have to deal with a "sales pitch" that leaves one dizzy. I dealt primarily with Jan Michael Blakely and he was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and I really felt he gave us the best deal possible. It was also nice to receive focused attention and I felt my time was well spent. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson. And I love the car! P.S. Becky Kosar rocks it too! More

Professional, Courteous, and --yes the big one-- Honest, had us knowing that the dealership we leased 5 other BMWs since 2002 was the right place to be. Since our last lease in 2006 we moved to Florida. Checked the local BMW dealership thinking this was the only place I could obtain our next BMW to join the family. WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! The absolute biggest bunch of crooks in the neighborhood. I decided that a new BMW was not in my future since I refused to deal with the "local dealership" who knows no meaning of the word customer service. Then I realized that BMW had a Performance Delivery Option that allowed me to pick up my BMW at the factory in SC. Sounded like a great option, so back to Flemington BMW we went. Our new X3 was picked up at the PDC on 9/23. This was definitely the way to pick up a car, a unique experience that made a routine acquisition exciting and fun. Justin, our advisor, spent 2 hours explaining our new "rocketship" and all the features built into it so we could enjoy all that BMW had to offer. (Please find out what the PDC package includes you will not be disappointed). Now for the "BAD" news. The whole experience was so much fun and the X3 is absolutely amazing that the "TEAM" made me an offer I couldn't refuse and we will be adding another X3 to the family (my husband's, since he's only allowed to drive mine to get gas!) in early November. Joe and Vince, along with Rebecca appreciated the time crunch we were in and did the best they could to get us in and out as quickly as possible. During the wait, Joe kept us entertained. We would add that Ranee Theiner was quick to respond to our web search through USAA.
