This is the type of "car buying experience" I will be comparing all others to in the future. I originally came in looking to buy my first "real" car, and trading in my 10 year old "college" Toyot will be comparing all others to in the future. I originally came in looking to buy my first "real" car, and trading in my 10 year old "college" Toyota. Little did I know, the car I had always wanted was sitting right in front of me when I came into the showroom (Luck vs. statistics of probability of finding the exact things I wanted immediately was not lost on anyone during this process!)! I worked directly with Eric who knew everything inside and out, about this (and the entire) BMW family. Myself, being an engineer, had a lot of specific/esoteric questions that I needed to have answered because that's just how I do things (force of habit, hah)... Eric knew ALL the information and I was extremely impressed. He also went above and beyond on the day I actually picked my car up in staying past dealer closing time, showing me all of the "nuts and bolts" of how the interior worked, for which I am extremely thankful. There really aren't enough good things I can put here, so I'll just say Eric and the people here are really nice/great...the entire experience was great and I am starting to fall in love with my CPO 328xi! Quality vehicles. Fair pricing. Free car washes! This was my second car purchased from this Flemington group. The only thing I didn't like how it was handled, was the "add-on" things they try and sell you in my second car purchased from this Flemington group. The only thing I didn't like how it was handled, was the "add-on" things they try and sell you including the Tire & Wheel Protection, Maintenance Program, etc. Rather than have a company pricing sheet that lists their standard asking prices for these, they came out with hand-written pricing written on each brochure. I did my research online and pricing for these is all over the map, depends on the dealer. My pricing was apparently customized based on what they thought would be acceptable to me. It wasn't. And when I questioned the negotiable nature, they did not want to admit that pricing for these is negotiable. More

After deciding that I wanted to consider leasing a new BMW, I looked at many reviews of both dealers and the sales staff at those dealers. From these reviews It was clear that I wanted to go to Flemingto BMW, I looked at many reviews of both dealers and the sales staff at those dealers. From these reviews It was clear that I wanted to go to Flemington BMW and that Scott Smith would be the sales rep I would ask for. After making an appointment for a Saturday test drive with Scott, he contacted me several times prior to inquire about exactly what I was looking for and said he would have a few vehicles ready for me when I arrived. The test drive went great and Scott was very helpful in answering all my questions. Afterwards when I told him that I also wanted to test drive an Audi before deciding, he immediately suggested that I simply go across the street to the VW/Audi dealer (also a member of the same dealer family) and helped arrange an immediate test drive there as well! When I decided that I was going to go with the X1 over the Audi, I called Scott to work out a deal on the lease. After agreeing on a great price, we hit a minor snag in the process which I thought might scupper the deal (I was under a bit of time pressure to secure a new vehicle and had to close quickly). Scott and his colleagues at Flemington came through with flying colors and I was able to take delivery the next day. At delivery he spent as much time with me as I needed to make sure I had a good overview of the car and it's impressive technology. Becky was also very friendly and helpful with the Finance/Insurance issues. This was a very simply and straightforward process and she gave me all of the information ahead of time so that I was able to review before coming into the dealer. There was no pressure at all to buy products I didn't think I wanted, only information to help me make my decision. In summary, Scott was miles ahead of any auto sales person I have ever dealt with previously. I am sure his sales colleagues at Flemington are also very good, but I can't recommend Scott (and Flemington BMW) enough. More
