He is the rep I would recommend to anyone who wants to buy his/her next car. He was the rep from whom I leased my first BMW 5-series three years ago. I was so pleased with his service that I went back to him again last week at the end of my lease for another one. Jan Michael offered me a great deal for my new 535xi, an identical model to the one I had had for three year per my request. Then things became complicated afterwards--my kids actually never liked the 535xi from the very beginning. They, understandably, preferred something bigger and more "kid friendly" when they sit in the back row. After they saw the new 535xi I leased, they were very disappointed (I hadn't communicated with them before I got the newly leased car). After some debate, I decided to make my kids happy by trading some of the performance for utility by switching to an X5. The challenge, of course, was that I already completed the transaction and driven the 535xi home. It would be understandable that a sale rep/dealer would be reluctant to take upon the hassle of switching out a car that was already sold... but not for Jan Michael. He readily agreed to help me upon my email to him, and worked hard and worked magic behind the scene to have made it happen for me. Imagine how much my kids were pleasantly surprised and happy upon seeing the X5 the day after they complained to me about the 535! It made my day as a father; and I owe my appreciation to Jan Michael--thanks! More
