Michael conducted himself politely throughout the process and at no point did I ever feel pressured nor did he low ball on my trade ......a welcome change from the experiences encountered at other dealers. Once the deal was done, he followed through with getting my car insurance material promptly and he made sure that I understood all of the cars features without rushing me. The team of Junior, Bill, Rebecca, John, and Eric made my first BMW buying experience a great one! They were very professional, friendly, and informative about the BMW I was looking to purchase. They worked as a team and even stayed past closing hours to answer all of my questions and to walk me through all of the car's features, which was very impressive. I had the pleasure of speaking with Junior first. He set up my appointment to come to the dealership. When my schedule spontaneously changed, I had to go down on Junior's day off. On the day of my appointment, Junior called me from his home to inform me who would be assisting me with the sale. He even stopped by the dealership on his day off to meet me in person! If that doesn't exemplify top-notch customer service, I don't know what does. Eric walked me through all of the car's features. He was very patient with me as this was going to be my first BMW purchase. He then escorted me to the client waiting area and offered me coffee during my very short wait for the processing of the paper work. Bill handled the sales transaction of the car itself and got on the phone with one of the dealership's insurance providers to ensure that I had adequate insurance coverage (I didn't have auto insurance prior to my arrival at the dealership). He was very friendly and made me feel like one of the guys. Rebecca handled all of the sales tax and warranty transactions. She was very knowledgeable about all of the warranties; however, she kept pitching the tire and rim warranty to me. She told me that it was important for me to have this particular warranty because I would end up paying thousands of dollars to have my tires and rims repaired due to driving over pot holes. Boy am I glad that I took her advice because I drove over about four pot holes when driving my new car home to New York. Becky was great and her mind was very sharp as well so I felt comfortable with her dealing with that aspect of my transaction. John oversaw the transaction. I never needed anything because John would always stop by to make sure I was properly accommodated, which I was. This is why I give this dealership a rating of "great." They worked as a team and moved as one unit. As an African-American male from NYC, this sales team didn't make me feel like I was from the Black race; they made me feel like I was from the human race. The entire team was colorblind and that was clearly reflected in each team member's professionalism and positive attitude toward me. As a result of this, I will conduct all of my future BMW business with this dealership and recommend my friends to them when they make their 4 Series purchases this summer. More

I had purchased 3 cars from the auto group in the past 2 - 3 years. He went above and beyond by apologizing for how I was treated and reassured me that changes were made to ensure that the current sales staff is customer focused and professional. In addition, he provided me with a quote that was so inviting, I had to visit the dealership that evening. I was interested in two models for my spouse, and Byron had both vehicles ready for me to look at in their service area; both cars parked in the middle of the floor (it was a very cold evening outside). All of the employees I met were very professional and friendly. It was the best experience I've had in comparing vehicles. They gave me an awesome deal on my trade in and I opted for the vehicle with the upgraded package. Delivery of the vehicle was also a wonderful experience. The entire experience was so positive, that in the next year, when I'm ready to buy my car, I will definitely buy from Flemington BMW. I also recommended the dealership to my friends who are interested in purchasing a new car. More

Despite the pressures of family waiting for them they both stayed an hour or more late, pushed through the paperwork and made sure we could leave THAT night with the car in a situation where I think any other dealer would have concluded the process on Monday morning. Incredibly, Scott came to my home on a Sunday to go over the car, how it works, and assure I had all my questions answered. Flemington BMW has shattered the poor image of car salesman with customer service that rivals any industry, don't go anywhere else! More
Last week, I got in touch with Noha Amin, the Internet Advisor at Flemington BMW looking for a CPO 5 Series BMW. She promptly put me in touch with John Cavanaugh, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and JR Nast, Advisor at Flemington BMW looking for a CPO 5 Series BMW. She promptly put me in touch with John Cavanaugh, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and JR Nast, a new Client Advisor that evening. John was extremely knowledgeable, polite and patient with me as was JR while showing me a couple of CPOs of my choice late in the evening. The following day, I changed my mind and decided to go for a new 2014 535i xDrive so I contacted Vince Dillon, the Client Retention Manager. Vince was extremely courteous and helpful in accommodating me at the last minute in his busy Saturday afternoon schedule and got me the car I liked for a fair price. Rebecca was very efficient and professional getting all the documentation ready at a short notice. Scott Smith, our Client Advisor ultimately helped me get set up with our new car that evening. He is very passionate about his job assisting clients and most importantly, has a very good sense of humor and attitude that helps ease the car buying experience. He stayed late along with the team to make sure that I got out with my new car that evening. The next day Scott took time to explain and go over all the features of my new car in detail. Overall, the entire team at Flemington BMW was very professional and did a great job as a team in getting us the car of our choice. On February 17, 2014 I returned a 2011 528i from lease and obtained a 2014 528i on lease for 36 months. On that occasion I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Scott Smith who coordinated the terminatio and obtained a 2014 528i on lease for 36 months. On that occasion I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Scott Smith who coordinated the termination of the 2011 lease and the initiation of the newly-leased 2014 528i. Mr. Smith served in place of Mr. Tom Terrill the client counselor responsible for negotiating the new car lease; Mr. Terrill was unable to be present at that time. Prior to February 17, all of my interactions with Mr. Terrill dating back several months regarding the negotiations and ordering of the 2014 car were characterized by Mr. Terrill's clear communications, efficiency and professionalism. From the moment prior to the 17th when Mr. Smith contacted me to inform me of Mr. Terrill's unavoidable absence during the week of the 17th Mr Smith manifested an exemplary level of thoroughness and professionalism. I phoned him on Sunday the 16th at his urging in order to facilitate the transactions that were to occur on the 17th. Subsequent to my receiving the new car Mr. Smith emailed follow-up information and inquired about any concerns I might have. At the end of the week of the 17th Mr. Terrill contacted me to determine if I might require anyfurther assistance. In summary I can only express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Terrill and Mr. Smith for their respective efforts to make the entire process simplified and stress free.
