Second BMW purchase from Flemington BMW I'd long avoided the BMW dealership experience, fearing both the cost and the much aligned "stealership" mentality. In my first trip to Flemington I'd long avoided the BMW dealership experience, fearing both the cost and the much aligned "stealership" mentality. In my first trip to Flemington BMW, I walked away with a completely different perspective. They're patient, fair, and most importantly, focused on getting me the car I wanted (and that I came to see). They didn't try to upsell or bait and switch. Internet pricing was fair, and unlike others, there were no pricing surprises. Vince sold me the car, and remained friendly every time he'd see me when I came back in for regular service. Fast forward three years later. I no longer lived in Flemingto, but when I saw the car I wanted, I drove 3+ hours to this dealership. The price was fair (less than a similar car I'd seen at my local,dealership), the customer service stellar (this time with Bill. Vince stopped by to say hello and we chatted for 5-10). Absolutely no pressure sale...and again, they got me the car I came in to see. Finance with Becky was smooth both times. And the title folks are helpful (they'll even save me an out of state visit to the DMV). When it's time for another, I'll be back. More

JR Nast-y (In a good way) I recently bought a car from JR Nast and Flemington BMW. The experience was outstanding. I had originally come in to look at 2 lightly used vehicles I recently bought a car from JR Nast and Flemington BMW. The experience was outstanding. I had originally come in to look at 2 lightly used vehicles. JR allowed me to take two 10 minute test drives, on a course that put the cars through their paces. After driving both cars and getting a feel for the options either car offered I decided to order a custom vehicle. JR was outstanding in his patience and the deal we agreed upon was no hassle and fair. During the 6 weeks or so it took for the car to be built and delivered I changed my mind between buying and leasing. JR gave me access to the incentives for either leasing or buying and whichever incentive was available during the entire period of the build. I actually changed my mind from lease to buy and JR was extremely helpful. I would also add that JR held onto the car for several weeks after it was finally delivered because it was more convenient for me. When I finally did take possession, JR took almost an hour showing me the technology of the car and he gave it to me straight ie: "I do this, don't do this" and it was more helpful than the manual.
