I was able to do the majority of the transaction over the phone, email or text and then visited the dealership to finalize everything. From up front car shopping with Tom Terrill, thru financing and service (Mike Riccardi and Jim Hierl are the best) always a great experience. Tom recently sold us a pre-owned 328xi that is going to be titled out of state, and he and Flemington BMW even handled the out of state registration process! I've purchased 3 or 4 BMW's from Tom, always a pleasure working with him. He always takes to time to understand my requirements and patiently provides multiple quotes until I find the right vehicle (and financial deal) that makes sense for me. More
