I have purchased many vehicles from Flemington BMW and they simply are the best. We met with Jack Skibinski on two occasions to discuss purchase of a new BMW. Unfortunately the car with the options we preferred was not available in the dealership's inventory. Tom Terrill is fantastic - kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He answered all of my (many!) questions, was quick to respond to emails, and flexible with scheduling. He joined me for not just incredibly patient. He answered all of my (many!) questions, was quick to respond to emails, and flexible with scheduling. He joined me for not just one, but two test drives, sharing helpful insights about the car’s specifications along the way. The Flemington dealership is a bit of drive for us (and there's another BMW dealership in my town - just 10 minutes away!), but the extra time and effort is completely worth it. Everyone is so friendly and the service is top-notch! More
