Upon arrival I was greeted immediately upon pulling into the service drive. My service writer Michael O. is so efficient in orchestrating the process of getting checked in and within minutes the car went into the shop and Johnathan L had my complimentary loan car ready for me. The drop off process was so smooth that I didn’t even have time to enjoy a beverage/snack from the well stocked customer lounge. I drove the complimentary loan car home and within 4 hours I received a call from Michael O. that my vehicle was ready. Michael explained exactly what was found and the steps taken to correct the issue. I jumped in the loan car and drove the 9 miles from home to pickup my vehicle.. The smoothness of the entire service/warranty was amazing. If I knew how efficient the appointment was going to be , I could have easily stayed at the dealership.
