When I drove into their welcoming facility on January 13, 2024, I was met with the warm smiles and expert knowledge of the staff. The service team, led by the remarkable Jose Zambrana was my automotive superhero team for the day. They whisked my Forester away and, in what felt like a symphony of efficiency, installed a brand-new battery, larger tray underneath the battery to secure it properly, and a terminal sleeve , all ensuring my ride was powered up and ready for many more miles. The line item "BATTERY NET TOTAL (N/C) 0.00" on my bill was like a magic spell, indicative of the fabulous package deal they offered. Every part, from the SOA821B900 PB001993 REPLACEMENT BATT to the 82190AN000 BATTERY PARTS PAN, was included. And let’s not forget the environmentally friendly gesture of including the battery disposal fee; Earth’s champions, indeed! While the top-notch parts and service were incredibly impressive, what truly made the day was their transparent billing. No hidden fees, no unexpected surprises – just pure, honest service. The 'total out-the-door price' of $410.57 was the cherry on top of this amazing service sundae.
