I purchased my Ascent from a different dealership that’s far from my home, but I went to the Grapevine Sam Pack 5 Star Subaru for my first maintenance. It was a great experience and much better than my buyi far from my home, but I went to the Grapevine Sam Pack 5 Star Subaru for my first maintenance. I'm uncertain who Greg Cryer is so I did not rate him in this review. I believe Brandon was the gentlemen who signed all the papers with us, and if so, he was excellent. She was prompt in replying to our email request about pricing and availability on a vehicle and answered any follow up questions we had immediately. She was excellent sharing all the wonderful features of the Outback on our test drive. We very much appreciate the transparency of Five Star in their pricing with no extra dealer add on's. By far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. More
