We had a wonderful experience at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in NRH. We weren't hounded or followed. We were able to test drive the SUV without a salesman ibn the car with us. We were able to get vehicle even though our cash funding was a day late. Other dealerships that we visited wouldn't hold the vehicle for us. Alfred was there to answer questions when we had them but let us navigate on our own when we wanted to. There was no pushiness whatsoever. We think that it was our best car purchasing experience ever! We appreciate the fact that the dealership was willing to work with us. More

From the General Manager Joshua Fichter, Sales Rick Dike, Jeff Smith, Finance David Hill, After Market Sam and William, and the Service and Parts Department. Every visit is like visiting family and friends. First I traded in my f150 and they gave me 17,000$ for and that was the most they could give. Then put it on their lot for 25,000$ the next day. Traded in for a Ford mustang. Test drove it and told them the suspension seemed bad. Told me oh it’s just the brakes and wheels need balanced. Said they were having it fixed and convinced me into buying it. It ended up having blown suspension. Took it back the next day to have it looked at and fixed. Gave it back the next day with the same problems. After that gave me the run around and would do nothing to help me! Took it to a shop and spent 3,700 on suspension! Then had to have the convertible top replaced from their upholstery shop doing a bad back window repair. The general sale manger was condescending and tried to tell me they lost money on the truck and was told well you bough an as is car. Said they would make it right but did everything they could to brush me and the problem aside. If you want top dollar for your trade and looking for a good used car avoid this place at all cost! Five star Ford nrh is no better than a tote the note dealership! More

First of all, I love the F250 I purchased. Couldn't be happier with the product! I understand that the supply chain impacted everyone so I have taken that into account since I ordered the truck back in A happier with the product! I do not live in Texas so I relied on Rick Dike to keep me updated, but I had to harass him to get information. I finally went to Ford Enthusiasts Forum and found a way to track my truck myself. No help from 5 Star Ford. Once the truck was on its way, NOBODY would tell me the final figures. I would send emails and get nothing. I guess if you live out of state, you don't rate their time. I was told there would be "no additional fees". Not true. I was hit with a $150 "Documentation fee" and a $160 state registration fee through DMVNationwide, which they use to register your vehicle. Well it has been 3 weeks now and my state STILL does not show that they have received the registration forms after paying all the fees at the time of delivery. When I called "5 Star", I was told they were waiting on information FROM ME! WHO KNEW?! I didn't, so I provided the information that day (a week ago) and there is STILL no record of the registration. So I guess the lesson here is, don't buy from this dealership is you live out of state. The price was great and the product was great but the follow up and communication was VERY poor. Maybe I'm the exception based on other reviews but this is what I experienced. More
