My girlfriend bought her car at 5 Star back in 2006. I've seen the great service she has received from 5 Star's Service Department, so I decided to give them a shot. Jim Rich responded to my email request and provided information & pricing on the 2010 Edge I inquired about. When we spoke on the phone he was very cordial and not pushy at all. When I arrived at 5 Star, Jim was tied up with another customer so he introduced me to Lee Clanton. Lee was very friendly and straight up about pricing. He is also very knowledgeable about the Microsoft Sync and took time to explain and demonstrate the features. He was very willing to work with me, yet there was no "hard push" to buy like I have experienced with past purchases at other dealerships. During my short wait to meet with the Financial Dept., Sam O'Reggio, the Aftermarket Sales Manager, came out and introduced himself. He was very friendly and gave me a quick overview of his department. More

We have shopped for two weeks for a new car/truck. Not really knowing what we wanted. After visiting more Dealerships than we could count, we decided to try the one "down the street". Saleman-Robert Wood went far beyond the call of Salemanship. He listened,waited and had such Peace about himself that we felt that this was the right Dealership. We looked at every line of cars/trucks that Ford had and Robert Wood was right there telling us everything about each one of them. He has truly done his "Homework" on the knowledge of the Ford line of cars,crossovers,& trucks. Five Star is truly Blessed to have the staff that it does. From Robert Wood, to the finance person, and the after market manager our experience was wonderful. Five Star has a new customer(s) for the next car we purchase. It was a pleasure to purchase a truck from Robert Wood, He has a way of makeing you feel comfortable, never was he pushing to make the sale. He gave you time to make the right choice to buy. We did not find that at any other Dealership. We are very greatfull for the service that we received from Five Star-North Richland Hills. The Dealership "Down the Street". Why drive all over town, with gas close to $3.00 a gallon for the cheap stuff? Now, I ask that to myself, after two weeks of searching. Even shopping on the internet, we found out that the car/truck was not always there after you drove ALL that way. What suprise us the most other than the great service that we received- was that Five Star had their Add cars & trucks - was not just some "get you in there add".
