I just bought a 2010 Fusion Hybrid from 5 Star Ford yesterday and the entire experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant. I met Messrs. Rich and Pack and they were both very friendly and helpful to me in my selection. Can not say enough about Lee Clanton who was the sales person that I dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its features, specially the SYNC system. He spent a long time with me going over all the features of the car. There was absolutely no sales pressure applied to me and no price haggling. I went to them on the recommendation of Mr. Jerry Reynolds (The Car Guy) and I have already sent a note to thank him for referring me to them. Rick, Anthony and MM Ross were all very nice, respectful and honest group I have worked with. Rick was kind, honest, prompt and all around enjoyable to interact with. I did a lot of my numbers with Rick through the phone so when I went in everything was ready to go and we had no "changes" in the numbers that I was originally quoted over the phone. Being able to do it over the phone really saved ALOT of time for us being that we have a 2 year old that would of been running the showroom floor if we wouldn’t of been able to do a lot of it over the phone. The finance guy Anthony was also a joy to work with. We have never purchased a car with Five Star Ford but from the experience we encounter we will never buy a car without you and your team. The finance guy was very informative and made sure i understood everything before I signed on any dotted line. There was the finance director MM Ross that also helped make this deal happen and he was like lightening. He was on the phone, keying numbers and gave me the answers I wanted and needed. I never ONCE felt like I wasn’t been kept in the loop on the whole process. Where most car dealers have you sit in a room and they are all holed up in a office talking about you and the numbers. I was in all three of the individuals offices while the process was happening. With all of that said again I would like to commend all three of your team members that i got the pleasure to work with. We will be seeing you all again soon when we get ready to buy me a new car!! More

After going over all the details and features of the 2010 Fusion, he had me drive a beautiful NEW 2010 White Platinum Metallic Tri-coat Fusion SEL with LOTS of great features and I really loved the car’s handling, looks, and features and when we got back to Reid's office we went over the car's options, pricing, incentives, and financing. I wanted to go home and sleep on it but on the drive back home I decided that I wanted THAT Fusion that I had driven. I called Reid when I got home and told him I had decided I wanted to buy the Fusion we had driven. Here’s great service for you: even though the next day was Reid’s day off, when I called him back after I got home, he made arrangements to have the windows tinted and for me to meet him the next day, his day off, at 3 and we’d close the deal which we did and I drove home in my new 2010 Ford Fusion SEL! Reid also took the time to pair my cell phone with the Fusion's Sync System for me as well as cover some additional hands-on familiarization with other options. The Finance Manager, Kenny Wilder, did all the paperwork and took great care of me with everything we had to do there. Great to work with, friendly, and professional! I had called ahead and talked to Terry Rich. He set everything in motion. when I arrived I was met outside and escorted in and taken directly to Justin who knew exactly what I needed. After appraising my trade he came we talked about trading for a new F150 XLT with leather and 5.4 V8. The price was similar to a Lariat that was on special in the paper. He looked and found one in my color with all the options. He had to get the car from the off campus lot and had it there in a short amount of time. I needed to go to Carrolton to see my Grandaughter in a DI presentation so he had me take the new unit for the trip. That was my mistake. what a great truck. I came back at 5pm and had the purchase made in less than an hour. Very easy, and quick, no hassle. Let me come back on Monday with my wife to sign over the title for the Trade in. Again quick and easy. This is my second pickup from Five Star Ford in NRH and I will be back. Steve Johnson More

I have purchased many new cars during my life time; however I have never purchased a Ford. I have however just about always driven a Ford for my company vehicle. The car we just purchased was for my daughter (17 years old) and there were many factors that affected my decision. We looked at just about every car on the market either in person, on the internet or both. We were leaning very heavily toward a 2008 Toyota Corolla; however after during the research on safety and value started leaning a little more toward the Ford Focus. After numerous meeting with our salesman (Greg Foster)and getting the feeling inside that Greg understood our concerns to place our daughter in the safest car possible at a good value we finally purchased the Ford Focus. Greg also understood that we completely hated just about all of the car buying experiences we have been through with previous purchases and ensured that the usual game was not played with us at his dealership. Greg also took the time to fully explain the features of the vehicle along with what the dealership could offer us, which apparently is a lost art at most dealerships these days after the sale is made. We also had the opportunity to meet with the Finance Director (MM Ross) directly who reassured us that we were making the correct decision and that if we ever had any problems or issues to contact him directly. All of this adds us to probably being the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had, which is what we needed to go along with buying a 17 year old a new car. More

Every person we dealt with was friendly and gave us the impression that they were glad we were there. I have been buying Fords for years and dealt with several dealers but by far, Five Star has given us the best buying experiences. I was especially impressed with Diron. I believe him to be an honorable, fair and christian man and I will send my friends to him. More
I have been doing business with Five Star Ford since 1990. That alone should tell what kind of dealership they are. My latest experience was to buy the wife. I had stopped into the dealership for service on the wifes car and while there I walked through the showroom and met Justin A. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. We spoke for about 20 minutes, I asked him for a card and I was on my way. A few days later I called him and told him that we wanted to look at a couple of the new models in hopes of taking advantage of Fords 0% interest rates. I made an appointment to see him on Friday morning. In preparation of my visit I started doing my research on vehicles and what pricing I should be looking for in both a new car and what I should expect to get for my trade in. In doing so I priced my trade-in on Five Stars website which generated an email from Mark L. who by the way had sold me my last vehicle, a Ford Sport Trac. I informed him that I was coming in on Friday and what I was looking for and he began searching their inventory for vehicles that met my requirements. Not only did he find me vehicles to look at but he also gave me pricing on them. I researched the pricing and found them to be right on the money with other website pricing sources. Mark actually sent me window stickers of several vehicles, one of which ended up being the exact vehicle we bought. Friday came and the wife and I arrived at the dealership. Not only was Justin ready for us but he had 2 vehicles gased up and ready for us to drive on the sidewalk of the showroom. We drove both vehicles, talked about all their features, tested all the new cool options and decided on the vehicle we wanted. We wanted one of the models we drove but in a different color. We drove around the lot looking for the right color. There wasn't one on the main lot. I remembered that Mark had sent me a window sticker on the exact vehicle we wanted and told Justin. He checked and found that it had just arrived and was still at their satellite lot. We drove down there found it and drove it back. Since Mark had already given me the price of the vehicle all we had to do was arrive at a price for the trade in. Again I had done my homework and knew what price range it should bring. Again Five Star came in with a good price. We now started all the paperwork for the new vehicle and the rest as they say is history. We're the proud owners of a brank new 2010 Ford Escape Limited. Over 20 years of doing business with Five Star I have never had an experience that left a bad taste in my mouth. My experience at five star ford today was the easiest most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever had. I dealt with Marisa Thompson and she made all my request and needs her main priority.
