Believe me, I had really shopped around' you were the furthes from my house. When I spoke with Mr. Lintz over the phone he was very kind and not spaeking like a typical salesman. I was refeered to Mr. Lintz by a friend that had purchased a Ford F-150 Lariet a week earlier. And it turned out to be the best purchasing experience I have ever had. Also everyone at the dealership had smiles and making you feel at home. Since the purchase of my Lariet I have had my windows tinted and added a bed liner. More

Jason had sold me without even stepping foot on the dealership lot. I had been to two other dealers prior to Five Star, and walked away feeling helpless. I explained to him how upside down I was in my current vehicle and I did not have any money to put down on a new car. Jason took a few minutes and thought of ways to help me. He suggested I check if my current vehicle had any warranties or GAP insurance I could cancel to get a refund to use as a down payment. This never crossed my mind! The next morning, I met Jason in the showroom. We talked a bit about my situation and then he introduced me to Jeff. They both sat down with me to see what we could figure out. I truly felt they were genuine, in finding a way to help me. I was also introduced to Mr. Ross, a wonderful finance director that again, took time to see what was in my best interest, financially and in a vehicle. Finally, I was able to sit down with Kenny to sign the paperwork on my new Ford Focus! Each one of these gentlemen, went above and beyond and helped me out of a very desperate situation. I could not ask for a better experience and I hold these guys in high regard. Way to go Five Star Ford! More
