She was very willing to spend as much time as we needed to make a decision and I was so impressed that she was willing to stay late at the dealership for us to take delivery of our new vehicle and then sit with us for what seemed forever explaining the sync system and even set up our personal information for us as she was teaching us how to use it. Her efforts were above and beyond what we expected and for that we are grateful. The rest of the Five Star staff from the finance dept. and the after market dept. and the service dept. were the most friendly and helpful people we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Melvin was excellent. After looking for a low mileage late model Suburban for 3 months I found one on the internet that was at 5 Star.
