Five Star Ford

This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Justin, who manages their Internet Sales. I love the no pressure approach... this time, when I purchased my EcoBoost F-150, I'd identified the vehicle I wan who manages their Internet Sales. I love the no pressure approach... this time, when I purchased my EcoBoost F-150, I'd identified the vehicle I wanted (features, colors, etc.) on Ford.com's inventory search site, but a call to the dealer showed it was ordered, but not yet built. I asked Justin to keep an eye on it and call me the day it hit the lot, which he did. Unfortunately, I was out of town on business for several more days... but Justin put a sold sign on it for me and we closed the deal when I came back to town Saturday morning. Once again, a pain free and pleasant experience, with maybe an hour in the dealership tops, including a test drive, ordering accessories (spray-in bed liner, tinting, security, etc.), and finance/paperwork. The following day, the bed liner, tinting and security system were installed as promised and they did a wonderful job on that work. We'll keep coming back to Five Star Ford for our vehicles, for sure! They have the best people, in both Sales and Service, and the largest inventory to pick from in North Texas. We utilized the location at 820 and Rufe Snow, which is just minutes from our home. More

I enjoyed this purchase. I normally like to be left to wander around a bit so that my wife and I can talk freely withour having any interuptions. We were allowed to do this at our request. Once we had desided to look closer at some of the vehicled Mel was quickly able to supply all of the information that we needed. Jason handled our trade-in vehicle. The process was quick and painless. After we had agreed to a price, we were met by John in the finance department. Without trying to hard sell, he quickly explained the various options that we had with financing,warranty and other options available. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. More

The entire buying experience was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone helped with any issues I had without ever trying to pressure me at all.
