My experience at Five Star Ford was tremendous; truly more than I could have asked for. Just moving to Texas from Boston, Massachusetts I was hesitant about visiting a car dealership due to the fear of h more than I could have asked for. Just moving to Texas from Boston, Massachusetts I was hesitant about visiting a car dealership due to the fear of how I would be treated being in a new place. Before I went to Five Star Ford I visited a different dealership where I was rushed, forgotten about, left in the showroom and out in the lot, and left to wait while another customer was helped. I was disappointed to say the least. I had been researching the Ford Fusion for some time and had been playing around on the Ford website for quite some time so I decided to give it another try, this time at Five Star Ford. I knew right away this experience was going to be vastly different, for the better. The lot and showroom were extremely clean and welcoming and I was greeted immediately by friendly staff members. I found my way over to the Fusion when Carlos asked if we needed any help. He began to go through the difference between the different Fusion models, telling me about the gas mileage and the benefits of the Sync system. From there we went out on a test drive where Carlos showed us the bluetooth features and explained the difference between a v4 and v6 engine. Carlos was extremely helpful, friendly and honest and not in the least bit pushy. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to convince me or sway me to change my mind so he could make a profit. After my test drive Carlos introduced me to Lee so we could find the exact model Fusion I was looking for. Lee was extremely friendly and eager to work with me, thorough and patient as he listened to everything I was looking for and made sure that the car he found had everything I wanted. Lee explained the process and what he was doing to find the car I wanted because it wasn't on the lot. As we began to go through the finances Lee explained step by step and line by line what each number meant and worked with me on the pricing. Seeing that this was the first car I was looking at so far away from my family they wanted to check up on me and make sure I was getting a good deal, so Lee was even patient enough to speak with my Uncle on the phone and talk numbers and figures with him. Once I decided on the car I wanted Lee kept me updated every step of the way until my car arrived. He had it cleaned, detailed and ready when I arrived at the dealership to pick it up. Again Lee went through the numbers to make sure I understood everything and to answer any questions. Lee then went through the features of the car and the sync system and even showed me how to use the sync system to receive turn by turn directions. Even after I left Lee called to make sure that everything was going smoothly and to make sure I was happy with my purchase. With such amazing treatment I would absolutely recommend Five Star Ford to anybody even remotely interested in a car. More
Was looking for a dealer that could work with my being upside down on my 2008 SUV, and help get my credit back on track. I even told him that i would be ok with "roll-down" windows if they even still made vehicles with them anymore. Rick worked magic. I drove out of there with a new 2011 Ranger that was practically Loaded! Not only happy with the truck, but they got my Interest rate cut in HALF!!! Very Happy with 5 Star! They came Highly Recommended. Great customer service, & Friendly, Helpful people. I will send anyone I can to them, and they will get all of my service work. More

We connected CarPro and he gave us 5 star Ford and Terry's name to contact. We did that and when we met him he told as they were there to help us to find a car to buy. They were right. When we were turned over to Marisa we gave her what we were looking for and she was on top of it. She took us through the process and at the end we got the car we wanted with out pressure but with a helping hand. All areas were covered and when we left we know we had what we wanted because they helped us. It was a very easy process and we felt good leaving. Great job all the way through. We will be back. More
I decided to use 5 Star Ford based on several issues. One of the first ones is that I have used 5 Star for service on a vehicle that I had purchased at another dealership before I moved into the area. They treated me with great respect and took care of some warranty issues that saved me a lot of money and helped me out on repairs that I did have to pay for. The service department is great. The sales team are exceptionally friendly and take their time to show you the product you are interested in. When it came down to dealing for a price they were eager to get the price right and get the deal done. Proximity is another reason why I chose 5 Star Ford. It's very close and convienent. It's nice to know that the dealership is right down the road if I ever need it. More

We bought our second Ford Focus in 09 from Five Star Ford with Jason Howell being our Sales Associate. He gave us AWESOME customer service, explaining every detail of the car & set up our daughters SYNC syst with Jason Howell being our Sales Associate. In 2011 we again had to get another Ford Focus, due to the 08 Focus was totalled in an accident. Jason Howell again was called, not even a second thought given as to whom we would call. We called told him the details and went up to Five Star Ford. He had keys to the one that Camri drove ready, paper work ready & we were gone with in about 2 hours! Camri drove it off the lot and went to a job interview. She called to let us know that it was running hot, when the AC was on. Today while visiting this dealership, an internet salesman damn near ran over my feet while pulling the vehicle I was looking at off of the sales line. Had he taken a moment to apologize prior to pulling the vehicle away and encouraging me to view another similar vehicle on the lot, the dumb ass would have made two sales this day. While walking to the vehicle for sale, 6 used car salesman wathced me walk to the vehicle without even offering to help. So, I got into my truck, left the dealership and will NEVER return. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
