This review is more about the sales manager, Melvin Seibel, than the dealership. I went in with the possibility of buying a new Explorer and met with Melvin. He's very professional, knowledgeable, an Seibel, than the dealership. I went in with the possibility of buying a new Explorer and met with Melvin. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Due to unrelated reasons, I did not buy the vehicle. Melvin was respectful of my decision and did not attempt any pressure tactics. The fact that I didn't buy the vehicle, and am taking time to write a review for him, should say a lot about dealing with Melvin. If I buy a Ford in the future, I'll be calling him. More
