A couple years ago, the last vehicle I bought was from Alfred; a 2009 F-150 Lariat. I am in the military and at the time I was stationed in Florida. Alfred was such a pleasure to work with, and made everything so easy that I drove all the from Florida to buy my truck from Five Star Ford. After driving that truck around the country, it was time to trade-in. I called Alfred from my current home in Oklahoma, and inquired about purchasing a new truck; my recently purchased 2012 F-150. Immediately, he began his search for my next truck. I gave him very specific details on what I wanted, and didn't want. He and the staff at Five Star Ford worked vigorously to find the EXACT truck that I wanted. Once he found it, Alfred, Jeff, and I negotiated every aspect of the deal from across the country. When I arrived at the dealership, we immediately swapped keys; I went on the test drive and he got my old truck appraised. Everything was set to go when I arrived, and I can't emphasize how easy and enjoyable it was. There were no smoke and mirrors, and everything was straight forward. This has been by far the best car buying experience! The staff at Five Star Ford has always provided me with great service, respect, and honesty. More
I had very specific features I wanted in a new truck, that did not match any of the standard packages. Rick found nothing on the lot matching my "wish list", but very quickly found two alternatives. I went to several different dealerships in the area and looked at many different cars. I decided to give Ford a try and within 2 minutes Greg Miller greeted us with a warm welcome. After 11 years and now 6 vehicles from 5 Star Ford, we will never go anywhere else. we have the BEST sales guy with Alfred, and Jeff was amazing. Rick Dike was extremely helpful throughout my entire experience. I contacted him several times, in regards to features I was looking for on my vehicle, and he was always responsive. I've since recommended Five Star NRH, and specifically Rick Dike, to many friends and clients of mine. I contacted this dealership looking for a new Ford Escape. Marisa responded quickly with a great price. Marisa was able to get me a rate about 5% lower with the same finance company I had got a loan secured through in the first place. About a week later, I had some questions about my car and I called Marisa about 9 in the evening because I couldn't wait until the next day and she answered all my questions. She was very kind and thorough. She placed her own personal life to the side to help me and I am very grateful for that. I just moved from another state and Marisa, along with Betty Watkins and the gentleman in the finance office were very kind and thorough in explaining to me everything I needed to know since Texas does things differently regarding the sales tax, title and license. They were very quick and I didn't spend all day at the dealership as I have had to in the past at the other ones. I have been buying cars since 1992 and I can say with 100% confidence that this was the best car-buying experience I ever had. They were straight forward with the pricing, quick and they went out of their way to get me a decent rate for financing and to answer any questions I had, no matter what time of day it was. I would recommend them to any person interested in buying a Ford. More

Though driving away in a new vehicle is always pleasant, the same can seldom be said of the purchasing process. Sam Pack Five Star Ford offers a completely different purchasing process that is quick, efficient, easy and actually pleasant. Gone are the salesperson's continual and time-consuming trips to the managers' "cage." Gone are the insulting offers on the trade-in vehicle--together with the initial high pricing of the new vehicle and the ensuing back-and-forth price wrangling. Salespersons Josh Ingram and Lee Clanton actually took the time to search over a 700 mile radius on the dealership search engine in an attempt to find a vehicle that met my specs. Other dealership sales people seldom want to search elsewhere to any great extent in this regard. When it became necessary to order a new vehicle to get all the equipment desired, the ordering process was simple and the new F-350 was delivered in less than seven weeks. When I picked it up it was detailed and full of gas. And oh yeah, the time it took to settle on a price and the amount for my trade in was less than 15 minutes!! I drive nice vehicles and keep them nice. People ask me where I buy and how much I pay. I find myself now actually pitching Five Star Ford to other people who inquire. Given the huge difference in the buying experience between Five Star and everyone else I've dealt with, there is no reason to shop elsewhere.
