The only real issue that I had was that the finance manager was slow about sending the documents over to my bank. Took several calls from both me and my bank officer to get the documents over so that manager was slow about sending the documents over to my bank. Took several calls from both me and my bank officer to get the documents over so that the bank could get my loan finished so that I could pick up the car after work on Monday. But, on the good side my sales person was great and helped me out and answered all of my questions. He even worked with me in that since they had the exact version of the focus that I wanted and could afford on the lot. I had a doctors appointment at 11:00 that day so he held the car for me until I could get back in an hour to finish up the sales paperwork. Overall I had a really good experience and Five Star exceeded my expections in all areas but the finance department. More

Immediately, he began his search for my next truck. I gave him very specific details on what I wanted, and didn't want. He and the staff at Five Star Ford worked vigorously to find the EXACT truck that I wanted. Once he found it, Alfred, Jeff, and I negotiated every aspect of the deal from across the country. When I arrived at the dealership, we immediately swapped keys; I went on the test drive and he got my old truck appraised. Everything was set to go when I arrived, and I can't emphasize how easy and enjoyable it was. There were no smoke and mirrors, and everything was straight forward.
