First I would like to start by saying I worked with 2 other Ford dealerships during the process of narrowing down who I would work with to purchase my new truck. One of the dealerships would receive a to other Ford dealerships during the process of narrowing down who I would work with to purchase my new truck. One of the dealerships would receive a total score of zero if I were doing this for them the other was ok but tried to sell me a truck I didn't want! From the first time I talked to Chad Ritter and explained to him what I was looking for he was on a mission! Chad listened to ever word and was responsive to my request but had no problem keeping me on track if I was looking for something that wasn't available on a model that I requested information on. Chad was very good in this area, he knew what came on ever model we talked about, this helped me cut through the chase and narrow the truck down to a Lariat. As soon as we determined what options I wanted he started looking, in less than an hour he was back to me with a list of trucks to discuss with me. Chad and I were soon working together as a team and I had cut off communications with all others. From the time I called Chad to the time I was in the dealership was 4 work days, 2 of which I couldn't meet with him. When I arrived at the dealership,Chad had 2 trucks that were perfect for what I was looking for. It took me a short test drive and about 10 minutes to drcid on the truck I wanted, no pressure from anyone at 5 Star. I let Chad know and we were off to the races, about 10 minuets later I was in a full blown negotiation, (having fun now) with Chad and Jim Rich double teaming me the process went even faster. We soon agreed on a price and were good to go from that point. I talked to the after market products guy, very nice gentlemen, forgot his name and added a Tonnou cover and we were pretty much done, 10 more minutes with the finance guy and it was time to get my new truck. Wow what a great team of guys, VERY GOOD JOB! Totally Satisfied!! More

I shopped several dealerships with no success. I ended up with Five Star and within 15 minutes I was buying a car. I got the car I wanted and all associates were easy to work with, especially Sherri. I contacted Carlos and told him what automobile we were looking for that we thought would satisfy our needs. When we arrived at the dealership, Carlos had the car ready for a test drive. He drove us a few miles to let us become adjusted to the Explorer - this was our first ever vehicle of this type. Then he offered to let my wife drive. I asked him to take her alone since she says that I make her nervous. I also asked him to make sure that she dick some backing in the Explorer since she needed to feel comfortable doing this maneuver. When they returned from the test drive, she was sold. Then we spent a short time getting the paperwork done and being introduced to various departments. Then we went out to get in our new automobile. Carlos spent a lot of time explaining the workings of this Explorer since we had never owned a car this heavily laden with electronic gadgetry. When we left the dealership, we felt comfortable in being able to use the extras this automobile had - thanks to the time Carlos spent with us. I don't know anyone looking for a car now, but I will definitely recommend Five Star Ford and Carlos Codie to everyone in Cleburne. More
