I have NEVER bought a vehicle before. I have had my Taurus for 13 years and was aprehensive about purchasing a vehicle - much less a new one. Every time I came to the dealership, I was greeted outside, someone opened the door for me, and I was asked if they could help me find someone (since I was already working with Rick). Rick was very patient in working with me to pick out exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. We walked the lot - he explained the simple and major differences - then we walked some more. Daniel explained all of my options when financing came into play. And Lee, poor Lee, Sync-ed me up! I don't even have texting on my phone - you want to talk about patience - that man has the patience of Job!!! I can not express my level of satisfaction with this entire team. More

I was shopping for a car with my adult daughter. It was her money and her decsion, but I was helping her. I was trying to convince her on an economy car. She had a make and model from another dealership in her money and her decsion, but I was helping her. I was trying to convince her on an economy car. She had a make and model from another dealership in town in mind. I wanted my daughter to look at the Ford Focus. I've heard nothing but positive reviews on this car. But she wanted to also look at a Mustang. William Perez was our salesman and he did an excellent job of showing her the Mustang. He was fun to work with and really knew how to sell the car. After riding in it, I was convinced that the Mustang was a good value - it was fairly priced and has great safety ratings. William showed me the MyKey system - a great feature for young drivers. Of course my daughter fell in love with the car. The rest was history. We negotiated a good price and took advantage of several rebates. Everyone at Five Star was professional and easy to work with. My commendations to William. I appreciate that he served in the military. He didn't tell us, but I learned that he was injured while serving. I hope to keep coming back to William and wish him the best as he continues to recover from his injuries. God bless. More

After have buying 3 new vehicles in the past I have never had service as great as what 5 Star Ford has shown me. From the time I emailed about a possible truck to replace my current vehicle Jennifer was more had service as great as what 5 Star Ford has shown me. From the time I emailed about a possible truck to replace my current vehicle Jennifer was more than helpful in trying to locate a truck that would fit my strict criteria. As you walk into their dealership your greeted by at least one person with a smiling face and asks if they can help you; unlike other dealerships where the sales associates swarm you like a piece of bait in a shark tank. The day I bought my truck was excellent Jennifer and the finance team did everything they could to work with my trade in, down payment, and getting me a great loan with great apr on it. From the time I went in to look at the truck and the time I was handed the keys was no more than a few hours, given the truck was washed and detailed right before I got it. Even coming back in to drop the truck off for service and my spare set of keys for my trade in everyone still greets you with a smile and Jennifer makes it a point to ask how your still liking your purchase and shakes your hand. I will definitely be returning to 5 Star Ford again regardless of what state I'm in to purchase my next vehicle from them there sales and service department go well above and beyond than any other dealership I have been to when I bought my previous vehicles and to look for my truck which I am very glad I purchased at 5 star ford. Jim understanding our time is limited said he would have the keys ready so when we arrived we would be ready for the test drive. With many obstacles in our crazy life after the test drive even though during the same day we had to leave two more times in order to pick up kids and so forth Jim never showed frustration and was always understanding and did his best to get each process of the purchase of our used vehicle as smooth and expedient as possible.
