The sales was painless, the trade of my 2008 Lincoln MKX was fair the finance department representative was pleasant and very heplful completing the paperwork necessary including an extended warranty to get us on the road. After all this was accomplished, David went through an extensive Fam session with my wife and I, including a parallel parking demo. He sent us on our way confident that we knew how to operate our Focus safely and enjoy all the new features of the car. More

Wonderful experience! Bill Andrews was very patient with me and explained every detail. He didn't care that I was a single woman without a lot of money or a big down payment. He didn't try to talk me into going over what I could. And if there was something I didn't know or didn't understand, he treat me or talk to me like I was stupid, he just explained it in a way I understood. I wasn't able to work out a deal for a new car, and instead of blowing me off and saying theres nothing he can do, he told me about a program they had for first time car buyers to help them with there credit and low payments! When the new car deal didn't work out he went above and beyond to work a deal for something used. He was sympathtic to my car situation and my past carand buying experience, and went out of his way to make it a pleasent experience for me. I also recommend talking to Myron Martinez, he spent a lot time getting me approved and finding a car in my budget. I never had a good experience with the finance people until now! Myron found me the best car I've ever had and for less than I asked for monthly. He also explained the money part to me and didn't treat me like I was stupid. And he also didn't try to take advantage of me not knowing all thenumber stuff. I felt completly comfortable not having my dad with me to make sure I got a good deal. I will defiently go back to 5star and I have already passed out some of Bills cards to friends! My dad was even impressed with the deal I got and my treatment! And it takes alot to impress him and meet his approval!! More

I have been planning on purchasing a new F250 for some time and had planned on using my credit union for the financing. When I called them and told them that I was ready I was given a number to call at 5 time and had planned on using my credit union for the financing. When I called them and told them that I was ready I was given a number to call at 5 Star Ford. I had already looked a truck at another dealer and had been given an initial price. When I called Marie to make sure my contact person could see me after I got off of work, she was very nice and we agreed on a time to meet. I looked at a truck that she had on her lot that was almost what I was looking for and when I pointed out that one feature was missing, she went to work and found another one for me to look at on a nearby lot. She then gave me the pricing on the one that I bought that was much better than the initial price that I had got at the other dealer. The best part came the next day after I took delivery when a relay went out on the truck and it would not start. When Marie and 5 Star found out they checked the truck out immediately and She kept me informed as to what the mechanic was finding out during the day until they determnined that it would not be repaired that day. 5 Star sent a driver over to pick up my wife and bring her back to the dealership to get a loner vehicle until mine was repaired. That is service after the sale. I am recommending 5 Star Ford & Marie Chase to all my friends. More

Eleven years ago we purchased an Explorer from Five Star Ford. The car ran great but was getting a little faded and worn so yesterday we went shopping and we drove away in a new 2012 Escape.
