Sales force was ver friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I was disappointed in the finance department. I requested a 48 month term, quoted me 60 month term. Became agitated when I told him I did not want to I was disappointed in the finance department. I requested a 48 month term, quoted me 60 month term. They did beat the interest but I was required to supply additional information on the loan application. I was not happy with the finance piece. The good news is these finace tactics are pretty common so Five Star is not alone. More
