Most likely it's often a person goes to a dealership with a trade-in that they are upside down but I was seriously upside down! Kelly Addington was great. Worth, TX about 1 year ago talk me into a vehicle I didn't want. They insisted because of rebates and being upside down on my trade, it was the best way. When I signed the paperwork, it was late in the evening and they didn't review it with me. We just talked about the BOTTOM line payment being lower than I was already paying. Through creative (and in my opinion deceptive) financing, I later discovered when reviewing my paperwork, I had been screwed!! Because of 5 Star Ford Salesman Kelly Addington and the finance department, they helped me to get out of that vehicle. With lowering price of truck, current rebates and money I had to put down the finance department did an outstanding job. They took time to sit down with me and reviewed all the financing and warranty. Thank you 5 Star Ford for all your assistance in getting me a vehicle I truely love!! After visiting most of the local dealerships I stopped at five star ford and Carlos met us before we could get to the door, took us in and introduced us to Lew Taylor because he was very knowledgable of the five star ford and Carlos met us before we could get to the door, took us in and introduced us to Lew Taylor because he was very knowledgable of the trucks, they didn't have the exact truck that I wanted so he checked their local inventory and found the truck I wanted in Lewisville. Carlos helped us with the paperwork, Lew drove all the way to Lewisville to pick up the truck and brought it back for us, they managed to get the exact truck we wanted for the exact price we wanted to pay. The sales manager, Jeff Crabtree, is the one that found all the discounts and helped get the price down to what we could afford.
