Justin Compton was very quick to respond to our initial online inquiry with the info we needed at that time. Instead of making us wait for him to be available he quickly had the sales manager, Jim Rich assist us with getting our trade-in appraised. NO PRESSURE!! I came in to test drive a new Focus the next day, and again I was very comfortable with being allowed to look at all the cars and not have a salesman breathing down my neck, thinking they have to show me something that might "fit me better". We came in the following day, after submitting an online credit application. After discussion and a few change ups we were ready to sign. All in all, this was a smooth and easy purchase. Customer experience was great, but we were hoping to get a better price on the vehicle. I believed they could have reduced more on the car, because I had been inquiring about the vehicle for over a week and a better price on the vehicle. I have been at some dealerships that you think you have a deal for a certain price, certain payment, then when it's all said and done and your about ready to go, something changed and you had to pay money or more payment or a higher interest.
