I was not over whelmed by Chad. At first when I got to the dealership the sharks came,but Chad was not like that.Did not push or rush me. Our Daughter contacted us and informed us we should talk to Mr. Mel Seibel at Five Star Ford to see if we could buy a vehicle from him, that he would have a vehicle as close to what I was looking for in the lot. The next day I was escorted by my wife and daughter and met Mel at Five Star Ford. Mel has a very friendly disposition and was very thorough in presenting the vehicle to us. Afterwards we walked outside to see the vedhicle and the color of the vehicle was exactly what i was looking for. The doors were opened and the interior was also exactly what we were looking for. After the test drive and the review of the new electronics of the vehicle we were introduced to Bob who bend oveer backwards to make the deal that would let us own this new vehicle. Including the accessories we added to the vehicle, the pricing of the product was excellent and within our affordability. All possible due to the desire of these personnel to please a customer. The dealings we made, the friendliness of the personnel and the courteous smiles and greetings of other personnel who were not involved with our business have made Five Star Ford a place where I want to do business from now on. MY son decided on a F-150 and we started the search at a Dallas dealership ultimately walking away frustrated by the lack of listening on the part of the sales associate.
