My husband went on the web site because he felt I needed a dependable car and when Sam called me I wasn't very nice because I hadn't had a car payment in a long time and didn't want one. We wanted to buy a truck, not needed to buy a truck. The other dealership would not give us the numbers we needed to determine if we wanted to purchase the truck we drove. Then when it came to us making the buying descision he got the complete answers we needed including what our payment would be with different amounts down. When we said yes, and gave the amount down, all the finance paperwork was done and we drove away within 45 minutes. The whole buying process, test drive and all, took about 2 1/4 hours. No games, just straight talk. Very pleasent crew to work with. More
