We had a fantastic experience working with Five Star Ford recently on a purchase of a truck. We were not from the DFW area so we worked with them over the phone and online and it was seamless. The online team, the dealer team, and the finance team were some of the best we have worked with in this process. We have been shopping for a truck for the past year and we have worked with various dealers across the state Five Star Ford by far had the best customer service, the fastest response times, and seemed the most knowledgeable about the trucks they were selling. We found a minor issue with the vehicle after taking ownership but Mario got some photos of the problem and is still working with us to make sure we are truly satisfied. We would definitely work with this dealership again in the future. More
