Five Star Ford

We came to Five Star Ford one Friday afternoon looking for a car for my parents. My husband had already been there once speaking with Ms Doreen Parker. She found us again that day and again went straight to work helping us pick out a vehicle that had the specifications we needed which was a basic model vehicle that would fit my elderly parents. My father has had trouble getting into his smaller car so we were looking for some kind of crossover that was not too big, but nice and roomy. My parents get frustrated real easy so the less technological gadgets on the car the better. Once they(Justin and Doreen) showed us the new Escape we were sold and knew it would be a great fit for my parents. Justin went straight to work finding us the color we liked on a basic model. It had to come from a different store but with a quick credit check we were out the door and were told to come back Saturday at 11am and it would be delivered. We had been shopping at Mazda and Grapevine Ford and no one could get us a car. That was very frustrating.We were just so happy and thrilled both Doreen and Justin could do this for us. We were able to deliver this new beautiful automobile to my parents in Killeen Texas Saturday afternoon. Mr Snyder took care of the finance part and even helped us get extended warranty on the new Escape and our new 2012 MKX that we got from Grapevine Ford. Having just purchased an MKX and had something else to compare Five Star to...there was just no comparison. The overall rating is excellent. Thanks FIVE STAR FORD!!! More

Alfred let us climb in and out of all of the cars in the showroom until we figured out which one fit us best, then took us out to the lot for test drive. We received a reasonable offer on our trade, and got no hassle when we preferred to use our own financing. When we indicated that we preferred base model, we were not pushed into a car with more options than we wanted. (Our prior experience in buying a new car at another lot entailed being told they had a base model, wrangling with sales manager over having to pay over $2000 extra for unwanted add-ons/dealer upgrades/services they had already made to base model. It is highly unlikely we will ever buy another vehicle from that other dealership). More

I worked with a few different Individual while purchasing my Truck, because my time schedule for work is a little out of the ordinary. I was able to contact Sherri initially through email, talking about the my Truck, because my time schedule for work is a little out of the ordinary. I was able to contact Sherri initially through email, talking about the different options available and pricing. She responded very quickly between emails and stayed with my preferred method of contact, which was by email. I then scheduled a time to come in and visit to take a look a the trucks in person. I came a little earlier and the person they scheduled for me was busy with another customer so they got me in touch with Jim. Jim was great he was top of the line. He never pushed me in to committing and gave me everything I was looking for and even stayed late to make sure I received everything I was looking for. I then emailed back about further questions where I spoke with Sherri again and set up a last time to look at the truck and discuss pricing. I met up with Sherri the following day and started talking pricing she was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, never got pushy with process. After negotiating for about an hour we came to a great deal. I then worked with Daniel who was very efficient and easy to follow during the financing terms and paper work. I told him I was in a time crunch and he delivered. I then came to pick up my truck the following Monday after they installed the accessories I requested. There I met with Jim again who did a great job of reviewing the great features of the truck and how easy they were to use, as well as covered important service issues that will be available in the future. Overall this was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. The no pressure buying along with knowledgeable down to earth individuals I worked with really came through for me and will always recommend and share the experience with others. Only issue I had during the time I worked with employees of Five star was with window tint of my truck, but after clarifying the issue and coming to a resolution, Five star again came through with beyond my expectation solution. Five Star has a true understanding of customer service, which I can appreciate being in the customer service and sales business as well, knowing the importance of needing to execute every time. I look forward to the next time we will work together! More

Sam makes the buying experience nice and easy. Came in to just look around walked out with a great car. I use to buy all my cars are Westway Ford but the drive got long and did not want to go all the way to just look around walked out with a great car.
