I had been in contact with Mr.Clanton originally through the Internet and then through his follow up calls. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Ford line and was most impressed with the lack of sales the Internet and then through his follow up calls. I ended up purchasing a new Focus and the purchase process was actually much quicker than expected. I could never understand why it took longer to buy a car than a house. Mr. Snyder had me in and out in no time. I didn't feel like I had been put through the wringer which usually happens during the finance process. I also felt good the next day about the deal. No buyer's remorse. One final note. I had the windows tinted through their After Market department and Sam O'Reggio did a superb job in handling this process. The car was ready when promised, I was given a good price, and his staff did an excellent job on installation. 5 Star did an excellent job all around. More

We went to Five Star Ford looking for an Explorer. We needed more leg room in the back seat. We are a tall family with taller than average children. They showed us a Flex and we explained the options we were looking for. We were short on time so they said they would send us information on some Flex's that we might be interested in. Over the next two days we talked and e-mailed and they went above an beyond to answer our questions and to find us a Flex at another location. They were able to have the car the next day for us to test drive. After we decided on the car, we sat with Tony. He checked multiple financing companies and gave us multiple options.
