When a buyer has attachment to the value of their own vehicle and tight purse strings, it is sometimes hard to make them feel like they are getting a great deal. He did that for me. Jay has kept in close contact with me before, during and later, after I bought my car. I live three hours away so he told me exactly what kind of a great deal he would make for me saving me over $3,000 on a new 2013 car. He had given me an estimate on what he would be able to offer me on my car. A local Ford dealer had told me he could match the deal until he actually saw what I had been offered. He admitted that was, "A heck of a deal!" When I got to the dealership that morning Jay was waiting. He actually offered me 500 dollars above his original offer on my vehicle, which I had researched to be a fair offer. I had carefully written the figures down that he had given me in the emails. They matched, to the penny what I paid for the car. No wonder this dealership has a 5 star rating. As an old school teacher, I give Jay and his colleagues an A+. More

I had a very pleasant experience at 5-Star Ford in the purchase of my 2013 Ford Edge. I indicated what auto I was interested in buying and Mr. Clanton walked me through the purchase process along with al purchase of my 2013 Ford Edge. Since that location didn't have the color on hand, he was able to locate one at another location. The pricing was good and the car had everything I wanted. Mr. Clanton took me for a ride in another Edge to see if that is what I wanted. When I picked up the car, Mr. Clanton did a quick walk-through of the features in the car, while I was at the wheel. He gave me his phone number as I would probably have loads of questions as my learning time with the car grew. The service department was pointed out.
