Sam O'Reggio(Aftermarket Sales Manager) He was so courteous and polite. While we were waiting on our vehicle to be detailed he took us up to Cane's and came back and got us when truck was ready. He went out of his way to make our experience wonderful. David McGee( Financial) He was not pushy about any thing, very polite as well. Helpful getting final papers done. These people made us feel so welcome and made us feel like they appreciated our business. Everyone there was nice to us. This is a great dealership. Location is good except for all the traffic if your not used to it.Thanks again five star for making our purchase go smooth. We will be back if we buy another new Ford!!! More

I took delivery from my salesman Rick Dike. He was awesome and the deal was done in an hour. Lee Clanton then showed me everything I needed to know about the Sync 4 infotainment system. This is the most unorganized group of people I have ever dealt with. I bought a used car 20 days later they want to come pick up car , that I signed contract on gave them my down payment in good faith, too dealt with. Now they want me to bring it back cause they didn't get it funded. I have talked to about 8 different people on this and nobody knows what's going on. No offer to refund my money, no nothing except they cant get it funded. I talk to the finance company, they dont know nothing, they just said contract was canceled. They dont know who canceled the contract or why. More

I’m really disappointed with the service his time around. This is our third vehicle to buy at Five Star and I’m not happy. We were to supposed to have a battery replaced before we left the day we bought the This is our third vehicle to buy at Five Star and I’m not happy. We were to supposed to have a battery replaced before we left the day we bought the car. That didn’t happen. We contacted the salesman, Mr. Lintz and set up an appointment for today. However there was not a battery available even though a week has passed and there was plenty of time for a battery to be ready. We have to go pick my kids up from school and can’t do that now due to this unnecessary delay. So we have to come back a third time to get battery that should have been taken care of today. More
