Awesome Mrs. Parker was quick to grab the keys and help my father and I check out the Fiesta ST Iv'e had my eye on. She was very friendly and even made my father laugh. The process of purchasing the car was speedy with no extra nonsense. I would recommend her and the whole Five Star Ford staff to anyone looking to purchase their new or pre-owned vehicle. As for the financing Mr. Edwards was as equally professional and friendly, the two paired were a blast and made the transaction seem to be among friends rather than just a dealership and customer. The experience was like working with a close friend versus a "salesman". Tut Edwards and the "Tutman Experience" was something to behold. Tut was friendly, outgoing, and completely knowledgeable with the total finance process. Easiest and fastest car buy ever!!! My wife had a car and the engine went out, I have bought a few cars from David in the past so I gave him a call and we found a car online I emailed ou My wife had a car and the engine went out, I have bought a few cars from David in the past so I gave him a call and we found a car online I emailed our credit app's he stayed in contact with me during the whole process, Even on his day off he was calling and keeping me updated. When the deal was done with the bank we set a time to show up and drive the car and sign. We got to the dealership and David had the car clean and ready to go. He went out with my wife and I and sat in the car and went over (in detail) all the features of the car and how to work them. Then we walk over to the finance department and David walked us right into Bryan's office. We sat down Bryan had all of the paperwork ready to go we signed everything talked about our kids and learned a little about Bryan's family. After about 20 minutes Bryan walked us back to David and we got in the new Ford Edge and left. This was by far the best experience I have had!! As we walked out told David I would see him in 3 years!! Seems to be that I buy one from him every 3 years. More

My Review of 5 Star Ford and Alfred El-Darazi This is the second car I've bought from Alfred and I will buy my next car from Alfred and 5 Star. Alfred is the main reason I deal with 5 Star. The on This is the second car I've bought from Alfred and I will buy my next car from Alfred and 5 Star. Alfred is the main reason I deal with 5 Star. The only negative about this last sale is the total loan value was not gone over in detail with me by the finance person I dealt with. I was under the opinion that the MSRP was $36,000 + and I owed $19,000 + on my trade-in and ya'll gave me $10,000 on the trade-in. Also y'all gave me a $5,200 rebate and I added $1,000 down payment. This should have given me a loan value of about $39,000 but after reading the paper work I ended up financing $43,000. So it seems the numbers aren't what I thought they were and the finance guy didn't go over the details with me. My fault but it leaves me with the feeling I was had to some extent. This is absolutely NOT Alfred's fault. He didn't the paper work either. Other than this problem I am happy with Alfred, my new car and Ford Motors. More
